Got a little chip on the front windshield. I reached out to Rick's auto Glass via call and text. Jose was the one helped us. Service was quick. However, we forgot to get the receipt after we pay in Cash. So i texted him like a couple hours after the service to provide me the receipt. Jose responded that he is busy and will send over the receipt when he is done with the job. However, i still didn't see anything receipt until this day, which is almost a month. I kept remind him to send it to me however, he never sent anything beside keep saying "let me finish some job ok or yes, just let me pull over and I will send the invoice right now or sorry been so busy" The reason why I went with Ricks auto glass was because of all the 5 star reviews. However, i honestly did not experience the same as everyone reviewed this business. Im giving this business two stars because of the quick services. Please note this review is for a replacement that took place a few months ago. I wanted to wait to write this so I could give a review with the replacement windshield going through rain and see how it'd stand up with a little time pass. A few months ago I woke up to my entire rear windshield spider cracked on my 10th gen Honda Civic when I was trying to pull out of my drive way. I called Ricky at 7AM and he told me that he'd arrive around 9AM , which he did. Price quoted was $240 for an "OEM spec replacement" ( I got a Beosun branded one) , and if I paid with card I would have to pay for tax. Ricky arrived with his coworker a little past 9 and they began the replacement by smashing the cracked windshield . He also asked me for a large trashcan so he could dump the broken glass in there. He never asked me to remove anything from my trunk prior to this so I just left my stuff in there. He only put a sheet of tarp over my trunk and his coworker was vacuuming the broken glass fragments while Ricky was breaking off my rear windshield. It did give off a feel of a rushed job, and I get it because he probably had other clients like myself that urgently needed auto glass replacement . This sort of rush work pace that I felt did ultimately come back to me as explained below. The replacement took Ricky short of an hour to do that and then plop on the replacement windshield on my car. The replacement turnaround time was very fast, and the price was also very reasonable and inline with what I expected and wanted to pay . It's been a few months since and so far I haven't had any water seepage through the rear of my car with the replacement. HOWEVER, from the moment Ricky left to the course of months My damn trunk would rattle because there were A TON of my old rear windshield glass fragments leftover from the replacement that Ricky and his coworker left behind and did not remove from my car. I had to spend like 30 minutes the first day to remove like a few handfuls of rice to bean sized chunks of glass leftover. And every now and then I would still hear and find random broken glass fragments in my trunk that Ricky and co left behind and never properly removed . They rushed the old glass removal and cleanup, and it really did show as I had to pickup the slack by dealing with it for a few months. I would recommend Ricky if you call him and his price+ turnaround time are within your ball park of expectations. He was pretty straight to the point and respectful on the phone and in person. However, if I were to base it off my experience , be prepared to potentially clean up any left behind glass as I had to for a good while. read more

We got our car broken into (BASTARDS!!!!) yelp led us to Rickys and boy how accurate these 5 stars are!!! We talked to Jose (Ricky's brother) and the first thing i noticed was how trustworthy/trusting he is. He asked for the make and model and gave us a price and asked for about an hr to get the part, and just because we promised to come in (no "oh you gotta come give me a deposit") he went and bought it at his supplier and let us know when to head down. Windshield damage is always a bummer, even more when you quickly learn that your insurance is unlikely to cover any part of the cost since that most folks have collision and comprehensive policies with deductibles. My rear windshield was shattered in a parking lot in the middle of the day on a Friday and Ricky's replaced it faster than anyone else out there for half the price (after calling about 5 places, including whatever losers my insurance referred me to).
