I came here for some body work repair under warranty by Tesla in West Covina. The car we received that was supposed to be brand new was covered with deep etching and water spots. We did not have to pay out of pocket for fixing this and they took me in and had a quick turnaround of a wash and polish of the clear coat. My Tesla Model Y was damaged in a parking lot, and I chose this Tesla-certified body shop for the initial collision repair with insurance. They did an absolutely excellent job using genuine OEM parts, and my car looked brand new again. Fast forward 10 months: one of my wheels needed replacing. Tesla's Service Center quote was expensive with a very long wait time, so I reached out to Fix Auto again. They sourced the OEM wheel quickly, completed the repair faster, and charged less than the Tesla Service Center. What truly sets them apart is their above-and-beyond service. My service advisor, Johnny, was incredibly honest--he noticed a minor scuff on the new wheel during installation, immediately pointed it out, and insisted on making it right by ordering a replacement at no extra cost to me. They even let me continue driving with the scuffed wheel until the new one arrived. Despite the Christmas and New Year holidays, Johnny prioritized scheduling me first thing in the new year. The pearl white paint matches exactly, and compared to my friend's experiences, they fix bumpers and gaps better than a Tesla shop would do. My girlfriend recently got into an accident and Johnny was amazing at helping her through the process and the car came back looking better than ever with the interior looking like we just bought the car. We did not even know they would clean it up so nice. All in all, they have high quality work, great service, and better communication than any other shop I have worked with. Pros: - They were able to match the color perfectly (Quicksilver). - Easy pick up and being able to text questions was a plus - They quickly fixed an overspray issue I found a few days later (see below) - Front desk staff was very friendly Cons: - They told me to stop by at 4pm to pickup. It wasn't ready until 5pm. By then it was dark and I could not inspect it. - There was some overspray. Overall I would suggest this place. I came here after my brz got rear ended and although the process was long they were attentive, accommodating, and nice. I was mostly in contact with Jessica during the 4 month wait on parts. After my car rental time ran out I started to panic of the arrival of the parts because I really didn't want to pay out of pocket for a rental. I think I called every other week about parts and each time Jessica would kindly explain the ETA and never sounded frustrated or annoyed.
