The estimated completion date was June 9th, but I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me on June 1st letting me know my car was ready for pickup ahead of schedule. I missed my car so much while it was being repaired, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was completely blown away. My Tesla looked brand new. The door that had to be replaced matched perfectly, you would never be able to tell it had been replaced. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. I came here for some body work repair under warranty by Tesla in West Covina. The car we received that was supposed to be brand new was covered with deep etching and water spots. We did not have to pay out of pocket for fixing this and they took me in and had a quick turnaround of a wash and polish of the clear coat. We have used this shop a couple of times with our model y (including Tesla sending it here for a new car paint/gap fix back in 2020) and they have been nothing other than spectacular. The pearl white paint matches exactly, and compared to my friend's experiences, they fix bumpers and gaps better than a Tesla shop would do. My girlfriend recently got into an accident and Johnny was amazing at helping her through the process and the car came back looking better than ever with the interior looking like we just bought the car. We did not even know they would clean it up so nice. All in all, they have high quality work, great service, and better communication than any other shop I have worked with. Pros: - They were able to match the color perfectly (Quicksilver). - Easy pick up and being able to text questions was a plus - They quickly fixed an overspray issue I found a few days later (see below) - Front desk staff was very friendly Cons: - They told me to stop by at 4pm to pickup. It wasn't ready until 5pm. By then it was dark and I could not inspect it. - There was some overspray. Overall I would suggest this place. After my car rental time ran out I started to panic of the arrival of the parts because I really didn't want to pay out of pocket for a rental. I am amazed at the great care and exemplary customer service at Fix Auto Temple City. A few weeks ago, an Amazon truck backed into my front bumper. So frustrating. The only good part of this whole experience was meeting Jenny and Johnny. They are kind, empathetic, professional and really want to HELP you. I was worried my car would take over a month to repair, but Johnny got it done way faster than anticipated. Normally, it would have taken weeks to order the parts and another week or so to fix, which would have put me over my limit for the rental. I explained this to Johnny and Jenny and they worked with me to get the repairs done so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for a rental. They also worked with my insurance, which was so slow during this process.
