Been trying to contact this company and workers for the past 2 years thru call, text, email, social media and still no response. I have roots growing from under my turf and they don't respond back at all. Talked to one of the workers but he is not with the company no more and was telling me that they do not do residential jobs anymore only commercial. DOES NOT MATTER! I'm a customer and I have warranty with this business that needs to be fixed right away! Just cause you only do commercial businesses does not mean you forget about the residential you have done. Josh is beyond a turf expert, from your first encounter with him, you will realize he is a turf "geek". He lives and breathes all things turf! From start to finish, it was the perfect experience. Love, love, love Forever Lawn Oahu. After finding out one of my dogs is allergic to grass, we were on the hunt for an artificial turf. Upon researching artificial grass companies here in Oahu, I found Forever Lawn Oahu, who in addition to installing your usual artificial grass, also work with a product called K9 grass, an artificial turf designed for dogs. I began researching K9 grass and loved the filtration this grass allowed, both for urine and heavy rains. Booking Forever Lawn and working with them has been effortless. I originally met Joe at the house so he could scope out the site. Joe was super friendly, informative, and was able to give me a ball park figure before giving the official estimate. He returned the estimate in a timely manner and requires a 50% deposit in order to book. We had done a massive overhaul of our front and back yard and had a landscaping contractor working everything else. Joe was able to communicate directly with our landscaping contractor, timelines of when he could come in for the grass installation, and leaving me out of the process. I loved that. I also appreciate Joe checking in after the installation to ensure I was fully in love with the work and had no issues. It's things like this that I really notice and made me feel like his service is better than most. Our backyard was installed 2 months ago and our front yard was installed yesterday. The edges are very clean-cut and look pristine. I have 2 dogs as well as a foster dog right now. They are all about 40 pounds and have running up and down the backyard, playing, and exploring and the grass has held up nicely. There is no urine smell as it filtrates very nicely. We've also had a bunch of heavy rains recently and the filtration worked well, no pools of water whatsoever. For poop, we let it dry out til the next day and then pick it up - the poop is easy to pick up off the grass and doesn't leave any smears or stains. I am extremely happy with the product, the installation, the service, everything that went into this project. Would definitely recommend Forever Lawn Oahu for your lawn needs. read more

I have a small backyard, which made it hard to find companies that would be willing to do the work, but the owner of Forever Lawn worked with me and his guys did an amazing job! In half a day Bernard and his helper removed the old grass, leveled the area, and installed the k-9 turf. One of my dogs would always pee and poop on the concrete lanai instead of the real grass because she didn't like the grass "touching her", which means I had to clean the lanai multiple times a day, and it still always smelled like dog pee. However, since the day the k-9 turf was installed my dog ONLY pees/poops on it and there is no more bad smell in my backyard! I wish I did it sooner! read more
