I first came here a couple of times to get my tires patched after getting nails in them, and they helped me right away. I've also gotten a new set of tires for my wife's car, and today I came back to get new tires for my own car. What I like is that even if they don't have the tires you need in stock, they can order them and usually have them delivered the next day. Fast, convenient, and reliable service. Definitely a solid local tire shop that I'll continue coming back to. Highly recommend!

The owner was very rude. Said it was the tires it couldn't have been them He did not want to even look me in the face. It seemed we had just been having a 10 minutes before. I was baffled. I've seen the shop here for years. I thought they would have great especially with the army and Marine I ended up going to normal spot and the guy was able to fix it right was nothing wrong with the tires. so I lost some money, but it was a good experience and let me know what the shop was about. And this is something that has been bothering me since the last time I took my car in there about a month and a half ago. It had been about two hours. I've been sitting there waiting for my car again as usual. A homeless guy walked in with a cup and asked the owner( whose name I will not mention) if he could have a cup of water. To which the owner yelled "no you can't and get the hell out of my store"!!. And it instantly gave me such a negative bad vibe. And it was obvious dude was having a stressful day. I get it. It happens to all of us. But when you working customer service, you never let it show in front of your customers. And I realise this review isn't gonna get me my money back. Raja, a contractor working for my company, performed Facebook and Craigslist advertising work on our behalf. We have screenshots documenting the advertising work being performed and reported to Alicia's Tires. The outstanding amount we have requested for two months of advertising services is approximately $800, and it remains unpaid. I personally attempted to contact Francisco to resolve the issue. When I explained who I was and the reason for my call, he ended the call. I subsequently sent a text seeking to resolve the payment matter and did not receive a response. I have documentation of the advertising activity, communications, and payment requests. As of the date of this post, the approximately $800 balance remains unresolved. Based on my company's experience, I would advise anyone providing services to this business to make sure the scope of work, payment amount, and payment schedule are clearly documented in advance.

I had an appointment for noon, and after getting there about 25 minutes early and standing in line for about 20 minutes to get checked in, they took my keys at noon and handed them back to me at 12:30 with the work completed. I appreciate being able to make an appointment. Management: A customer waiting in line in the lobby is MORE IMPORTANT than someone calling in. It sends the WRONG MESSAGE to customers when staff take a call in front of the person that has been patiently waiting. This is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE that needs to be addressed.
