The person that Offer Up that engaged me said don't worry my guys will handle it. That was definitely not the case. They couldn't handle it. They had a sign on the door that said they take Visa MasterCard Discover. But when it was time to pay, they said sorry we only take cash. So then they took the sticker off the door and threw it in the trashcan and directed me to their ATM machine. The ATM machine charged 5.7% of the withdrawn amount. The tires seem to be decent, but the tire sensor light is still on and they were not able to handle it and when I ask them why they said they didn't know how to fix it then they got aggressive with me and said that I offended them because they didn't know how to fix it. It seems to me that if you're in the Tire business, you should know how to fix these tire sensor situations. I sat on the ground like a child waiting for them to correct the problem. When I realized that they just were incapable, I got in my car. I paid them the money and left. There are so many better places to get tires without the hassle of 5.7% surcharge on ATM and take credit card. If you're in the Inland Empire, I would recommend Big Brand Tire In REDLANDS. Unfortunately this was a car I was selling so I didn't want to put in brand new tires on the car but for the headache it would've been worth it. Now I'm at another tire shop getting this fixed correctly. These guys are absolute bozo's.

Turns out, my car needed more things done and they showed us exactly the things that needed fixing, they explained it so well, and very professional, I went ahead and did all the services needed and now my car feels "like new" ! not to mention they stayed over closing time to finish my car the same day ! I wouldn't trust the shop and I would never recommend it to anybody. Just my opinion. If I could actually give it a zero rating I would. One last thing I have to add. And this is something that has been bothering me since the last time I took my car in there about a month and a half ago. It had been about two hours. I've been sitting there waiting for my car again as usual. A homeless guy walked in with a cup and asked the owner( whose name I will not mention) if he could have a cup of water. To which the owner yelled "no you can't and get the hell out of my store"!!. And it instantly gave me such a negative bad vibe. And it was obvious dude was having a stressful day. I get it. It happens to all of us. But when you working customer service, you never let it show in front of your customers. And I realise this review isn't gonna get me my money back. I will be going back for any future issues my family van has…read more I am extremely happy my partner and I decided to go with Manny's tire shop for our initial issue which ultimately kept us coming back to Manny's Shop for other issues that arose with our used family vehicle. First we needed a tire patch, the service was fast and friendly. Price for the patch was very reasonable and upon further inspection we were given the advice to really consider new tires due to the state our current tires were in. The tires we were using were on their last threads and balding very bad. We are a growing small family of 3 with another little one on the way so we truly appreciated the advice. We realized that we definitely needed to buy all four brand new tires for our van after we needed another patch driving these SB roads. After asking around we found the best deal with Manny regarding new tires. So we went back and again the service was fast and friendly. Which leads us to the next issue we were experiencing with our used van- we were experiencing shaking of our vehicle once we would attempt to go past 70mph, the check engine light was on, we were leaking coolant. The van needed help and Manny assured us that his mechanics could get the job done. Other mechanics we inquired about the ongoing issues with our van wanted to charge ALOT and wanted to keep our vehicle for more than a week to fix the issues... We could not afford what the other mechanics were asking for and with my on going baby appointments we were concerned on how our family would get around. We got the best deal and reassurance that the van would get fixed through Manny and his team. We had Miguel and Ruben working on our van recently and we are beyond thankful. All of the issues we had were fixed! This shop offers help in English and Spanish. If I could recommend them to everyone. I would definitely suggest going to Manny's Shop for any issues you may have and seeing if they can help. Lasty I would say that the communication we received was great considering I had a lot of questions and would call asking for updates because I was anxious- I would say overall I definitely did not need to call as much but I'm thankful for all the reassurance I received regardless. They're closed on sundays! Not that this was an issue- the team definitely deserves a day off after all the hard work they do. The size tires I wanted to put on my truck was 35x12.5r18 on my stock rims. I wanted a comparable tire to Toyo but not the price, these Delium Tires Terra Raider MT looks the same except the sidewall tread. They look good and drive great and don't have any noise on the freeway. These fit perfectly on my truck with only a leveling kit, 2500HD Chevy. Cash is King paid under $190.00 a tire. They offer other services and I highly recommend them and right off the freeway.
