They told me I need an abs module and a new engine mount and they fixed my brakes but that was the only thing they fixed. They told me the car would be all good in 2-3 weeks. So I financed with them and I waited 2 weeks and they told me the abs module is still on the way. I already waited and was in a need to get my car fixed asap for work obviously and to take my son to school and doctor appointments. I took my car to another shop because I needed my car fixed asap and didn't want to pay for rentals out of pocket. The other car shop fixed it the very next day and got the abs module the next day. I went back to safety auto repair to see if I can only pay for the stuff they fixed. The snap finance wouldnt let me only play for the stuff they fixed. Unfortunately I still have to pay for the abs module. They told me the abs module is 1500. I asked if I can just have the part and see if I can sell it since I'm paying money for it. The lady wants to tell me the place they ordered from picked it back up since I didn't need the abs module replacement. So I asked if she can reorder it so I can sell it . This car shop told me they ordered from TransWest Auto parts. I called them and they told me they have not placed an order with safety auto repair. Which is weird because she left a voicemail saying she has a tracking number and the part should arrive on June 5th and she can give me the tracking number. I called for the tracking number and all of sudden she says there is no tracking number and the order isn't showing. Lies and lies. There was a time where I called them 23 times straight and no answer and her excuse was " my husband doesn't speak English " Everytime they don't answer my call I would have to go in person just to get a hold of them. 2 months have already passed and I went to the store to get the part because I was so over it. I had to cuss them out just to get my part. I finally get the part and it's not even for my car ! It's for a 2004 Toyota. My car is a 2013 Honda accord V6. First you have me wait for 2 months for a part just for you guys to lie right in my face and not even order the part and can't even refund me the money for it. They are just messing with me at this point. Right after I found out the abs module is wrong I went back to the shop and the daughter is there and I tell her that her mom gave me the wrong part and I want to talk to her. The daughter told me she has no service. The son walks in and I ask if he can call his mom. The daughter wants to say he has no service either. They can't lie either. All of sudden the work phone wants to start ringing. I asked her " so you don't have service but the work phone is ringing ". I kept bugging and calling for the past two months to get my part. They are scammers and will have excuse after excuse. And yes I did cuss them out and threw the phone at the desk because you guys got me messed up. Don't even wanna give me the receipt. Already reported them. Not dealing with them anymore. The lady has the audacity to tell me to be patient. Nah forget that. You guys f me over. Yes my crashout maybe have not been necessary but being lied to and messing with my money is not okay !

READ REVIEWS HERE AND ON BBB ( better business bureau) I called big brand tires for a quote on new tires. I got a great quote, set up an appointment to have them put on at this location. Checked in waited and left. Got home hubby was washing my car and he was going to wash his car next that I just brought back from getting new tires. He asked me how everything went I said great. He said go write your great review. I said I was tired will do it the next day. Couple hours go by he calls me outside to show me what the mechanic did to our rims. RIMS !!!! I was sad and disappointed cuz I had such a great interaction with everyone from start to finish. ( never spoke to the mechanic) I called big brand tire main office to file a complaint. They asked for pics and asked what did I want, I left it to them to use their customer service skills to fix this issue. In the meantime I went to 3 rim shops in the area to get an estimate. They quoted me 75-100 each tire. So now I waited for the call back. The following week got an offer of 30 bucks per tire. I was told they didn't find that the mechanic did it maliciously. I never thought he did. But he was totally incompetent and negligent. Every single rim was damaged on the outside and 3 rim had deep gouging marks where he took off weights to put new ones. Crazy. I responded 50 bucks per tire and we'll call it a day. I met them in the middle knowing my damage quotes, and I wasn't trying to be greedy or come up, I wanted it to be fair for them damaging my property. 2 days went by I got a quote saying 40 bucks and that's their final offer. They just couldn't give that extra 10 bucks per tire for their mistake. This is a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY BILLIONS. I was sick to my stomach on how lil they think of customers that make their company money. I wanted to be done with this sad, disappointing ordeal. I agreed and it's done. This review is to warn other before they take their vehicle. Take pics before and after. And if you're not getting the proper help you need going thru corporate then get ahold of the BBB. The 2 stars I gave are for the guys that gave me my quotes and for the guys at this location in the office. The lost stars are for the mechanic and corporate. Do better.

Not anymore! $200.00 for a 50 cent fuse!!! My engine light was on. I told Plus One that it's for a system that speeds up engine warming in cold climates. Not necessary in SoCal but I needed it to power up to pass the smog test. They said it needed a fuse. Diagnostic Fee: $200.00 Dollars! I purchased four travel trailer tires from PLUS 1 PERFORMANCE at a cost of over $600.00. About 1,000 miles later one of them blew up on the highway in Texas! After being reamed for the fuse I'd had enough of these guys! I asked for a refund for the tire, THEY STILL BILLED ME FOR MOUNTING AND BALANCING! For a tire that blew up in two days on the road! And BTW not one balance weight on any of the tires.
