Video made it appear to be a restaurant. And all the reviews about the brisket had us drive over an hour to try it. When we get there they do not have the brisket anymore and apparently they have moved to the entrance of the resort main entrance building. Pulled pork was great. So if you are playing golf or already there camping. It's good. The staff was friendly and they kept the tables cleared. The flies were insane and we would have probably had a more enjoyable experience doing carry out rather than dine in. Or just eating outside. Might have just been an off day. Different crowd. I had the Mac & Cheese Stacker with Pulled Pork. Good Mac & Cheese. Good Pulled Pork. Great toppings/garnishes. It was prepared and out the window to me in about 3 minutes. Price wasn't bad at $13 and some change and that included a can of Coke. The one surprise though was, it was served cold. The Mac and the Meat were not heated at all. First off I want to say the food was good. But the service was terrible. 2 of us came In at 11:30 for lunch. After he took our order and brought the food out we never saw them again. Well that's not 100% true because about 10 mins in we saw our server and the counter lady get there own food and drink. They stood at the eat at the end of the bar. Mind you we ran out of drinks before even 1/2 our food was gone. Then we just ended up going and standing at the counter to pay. They never checked on us even once. I understood everyone had to eat but other than a lady waiting on a to go order the place was empty. I had friends coming into town on a Sunday evening and wanting barbecue. All the well-known barbecue places are closed on a Sunday evening so I tried Yankabilly. But I was nervous to take my friends there since there are some recent bad reviews. We had a great experience! It's definitely not an upscale restaurant with professional staff or a clutter-free environment, but the food was great, we were take good care of, and they even gave us some freebies. I had the street tacos, which were great. I also had baked beans which were amazing. I think there's just as much brisket in those beans as there is beans. The one big drawback for me is that the dining room is very noisy. With the concrete floors and the small room I could not hear the people in my party. But that's something that's more important for those of us who have hearing loss. I think I might buy barbecue for takeout from these folks, but I probably won't dine in again just because of hearing issues. read more

First timers at Yankabillys. WOW. For the cheeseburgers and pork rinds with beer cheese sauce. After tasting the burgers we ordered some brisket slices and it was incredible. They said they make the meats daily and it definitely tastes like it! Great flavor and juicy. Homecut real French fries. Server was excellent with a great personality. It's located in the old mothership building. Owner came out and chatted for a couple of minutes , down to earth and hands on guy in the kitchen and smoker! Can't wait to return. read more

Fantastic brisket, and the ribs are fall off the bone without being mushy. The pulled pork has the perfect level of smoke flavor and really don't even need bbq sauce. A must try. The owners are very nice and attentive. So glad to have this level of bbq so close to home. read more

I've heard good things and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It's tradition for us to have bbq on our anniversary. It was between Yankabilly, Blue Ember or Whole Hog. We came into this place thinking it was a different restaurant- the mothership. We were looking at the menus online before we came some we were confused when we got here and the menu and the name didn't match. We wanted burgers so we figured we'd just stay. There were some highlights, the fries were good and the Mac and cheese on my husbands burger was good. The burgers themselves must have been from frozen though. They were thin, rounded patties and we were disappointed in the quality. I got a side salad and it was half cheese mixed with some romaine lettuce and tomatoes, also not impressed. My husband asked for ranch, he informed me that if kraft ranch put in a different bottle, so that was disappointing. Fortunately the prices are reasonable but I still feel like we paid too much for this meal. We won't be back. I will say that this is a bbq place and we didn't get bbq so it's possible that if we ordered to the restaurants strengths we would have had a different experience. read more

Well, the smoked meet is amazing, I've had a pork sandwich, a 1/4 chicken, and a pulled pork plate over 2 visits. Good-sized portions. Decent prices...Wright's and Penguin Ed's are usually smaller sized. It's getting busier these days in the rustic style restaurant, so eventually they'll start running out of places to sit. Waiting staff is still in learning...be sure they understand what you want. They tend to be slow to get refills....you have to run them down. But overall excellent BBQ, we'll be regulars. read more

GREAT SANDWICH! However If you were offered a BOGO reward from Facebook, there is no Code to enter on your order. I drove from Rogers to try their sandwich with the BOGO OFFER. I ordered online, paid full price. The operator said he would have to call someone to get the BOGO OFFER It was 28 degrees. My order was supposed to be ready at 11.15am. It was ready at 11.25am. Waiting outside the truck and it was freezing cold. I told them to forget the offer it was just too cold to wait. I think I will visit again, probably when it's warmer outside! read more

So this is a food truck serving Bbq. And actually it's really good food for coming outa a food truck. Stopped in here a while back and got the chopped pork sandwich which was actually really good. It had just enough smoke and a great hot bbq sauce. The beans from here are really good as well. Great friendly folks running this truck. Came to your restaurant Sunday afternoon based on reviews. The noise was so bad(from overhead?) that we couldn't have a conversation with each other or the wait staff. Tried to order beer and told that there were only 2 beers on tap and there were no bottle beers available because someone hadn't placed an order for any. The manger(?) was rude and impatient. We finally got our food .... the baked potato was barely warm with very little toppings, the nachos were dry but nothing special as were the hamburgers. I have eaten brisket and potato salad all over the South and Mid-West. Yankabilly'sBrisket is by far the best I've ever had. It's tender and juicy without being overly fatty and has a wonderful peppery smoky kind of kick to it with an excellent barbecue sauce on top. They also make great potato salad with what tastes like dill pickles, and eggs, etc. it is really really good as well. What a little jewel right off the main drag in downtown Springdale on Meadow, across from James & James!! Great and friendly waitstaff as well. The 1st time I had ordered it was good...not the best I've had, but good. This time was not as pleasant. I did not receive my drink, my Frito pie toppings or my 1/2 rack ribs. One of the best BBQ places in the area! I'm pretty picky when it comes to smoked meat. It can get weird fast. Then if the meat is good sometimes places skimp on the sides. Yankabilly covers their bases and is always reliably yummy. Not only do we love their food (the Mac stacker is my favorite; my daughter craves the salad stackers) and new location, but we've had them cater for so many family events now. Weddings, showers, etc. Another plus is that they have good gluten-safe options, which my family requires and can't always get at food trucks. Definitely give them a shot! read more
