We drove all the way from Fort Sill, and this place absolutely hit the spot. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and we had a blast relaxing after a long day. Some of us had a couple of drinks, and our server Kayla P. was incredibly professional and attentive. She made sure we all had plenty of water -- even gave us waters to go -- which we really appreciated since we're all pretty young adults and were just trying to unwind responsibly. Kayla took care of our whole group flawlessly. Friendly, patient, and on top of everything. Highly recommend this spot. We'll definitely be back! Our mother purchased 2 $20 gift certificates from this location , and for some reason they expired in 30 days. After speaking with the Fayetteville general manager Tar*n and Jo*h , we were originally told they were purchased in a different region because they didn't have the current name of the district manager. My only complaint is the limes not the limes themselves but the way they are cut, round, that makes it harder to squeeze in your drink it also gets your fingers messy when they're cut in a wedge you can Without getting messy. Only went here for the ahi tuna it is my favorite. I was very disappointed it was way over salted, and i love salt on everything. Its bad when i say there is to much salt. Had a pretty good Memorial Day meal here. Service was good, food was a little slow coming out especially considering it was so quiet but once it arrived it was good and hot. Portions were good to large. I had the fish and chips and I have to say the cod was some of the better, thicker whole muscle pieces of code that I have had in a long time. Our server was friendly but not in anyway Joyful. It honestly seemed like she hated her job. She disappeared for nearly 45min after she took our order. She eventually returned to deliver our food and refill our drinks and then we didnt see her again until it was time to pay. As for our food, it was flavorful and cooked well. The mac and cheese however was very bland. Other than the kids meals, the entire menu seems overpriced. $17 for FOUR chicken tenders and fries? $20 for wings and fries? The fries were good. I had a salad and it was ok. It stated on the menu Gorgonzola but I received blue cheese. This was fine with me but I know some people can't stand blue cheese. I had a taste for some nachos this evening and so I hopped on my Uber eats app and decided to try Big Whiskey's Nachos. Boy did these guys show out! My nachos arrived in a sturdy box with parchment paper for a liner. They had the traditional chips with all the toppings including the jalapenos. Everything tasted garden fresh, the chips even still had a crunch to them. I ordered a soda to go with and got a nice plastic reusable cup with the restaurant logo on it. Score! I'm always looking for a great place to have a cold beer and this place seems to fit my requirements. I was surprised on how many different beers that are tap. The service is always good although I only had a beer so not sure how much service you expect by drinking a beer. They have a great menu with lots of choices on burgers. The menu was so varied that it was hard to decide what to order. Both entrees that my granddaughter and I ordered were delicious and the fries were perfect! The service was wonderful and that combined with the delicious food and great atmosphere made our dining experience on the last night of my visit wonderful. My food was hot but was expecting a little better quality. If we were not freaking starving like we would have probably just asked for our check and left the food. I even asked them if we needed to stop at McDonalds after we leave. Ordered a mix drink to finish off the day and I'm sorry but it was not really good. It did have an ice cube in it but was just too warm. Minor issue on that. By now it's been close if not a full 2 hours for 3 of us. You would think after everything the manager could have came and apologized or here's a free dessert something. But once the food came it felt like our waiter was a little scared to talk to us. Would fly by and say all good and gone. Just was not a pleasant experience at all. So for all it was right at $70 for 3 people.
