I also got some sesame noodles, which is one of the more basic versions of the dish I've had, which is basically just noodles with a dollop of spiced peanut butter to spread around and coat them with. This probably sounds like a dig, but it's pretty satisfying and the noodles themselves had a nice soft texture. It was, as I would expect, a ton of food for the money. Basically the whole interior of this little building was devoted to what looked like a clean and organized kitchen. Fancy? Authentic?
