One small downside: the clothes are returned in clear plastic bags that resemble shopping bags and don't close at the top. This means you'll want to make sure you're home (or can bring them in quickly) so bugs or dust don't get inside. We understand businesses have closing procedures and cutoff times. That wasn't the issue. Our clothes were already in the dryers and already finished drying around 9:12 PM. I walked to the door simply to retrieve them -- not stay inside folding clothes or holding up closing. The employee locked the door and refused to let us quickly grab our things, telling us we'd have to return in the morning. I explained that I have an autistic daughter and needed her clothes tonight, but there was still no flexibility or compassion shown. Policies matter, but customer service and basic humanity matter too. Especially in a neighborhood where many families already deal with enough stress and rely on laundromats out of necessity, not convenience. We'll know the rules going forward, but this interaction left a really bad impression.

I went to pick it up three days prior to the wedding, and there were black marks (like it had been dragged) all over the bottom of the dress. I showed them to the lady, and she seemed irritated. She told me she could send it back out, and it would be back by Saturday. I explained that I was getting married Saturday. She didn't seem very compassionate, but then she told me she would send it overnight. I declined, and I told her that I couldn't trust them to bring it back any better the 2nd time. I then I told her I would take it home and try to fix the dirtied area myself, since it wasn't DIRTY to begin with. I refused to pay for their service, and I told her I would not recommend their business and would not be back. Fortunately, my soon-to-be mother-in-law figured out how to get the markings off without it hurting the material! (God bless her!) So, honestly, about the only service I would have actually gotten for $30 was having my dress pressed. I wasn't impressed.
