He was courteous and took us directly to our destination. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment. Return trip was an hour later, but due to our doctor being appointment being late; I called Paul and told him to pick us up 30 minutes later. He said no problem and he or another driver would be waiting for us. We were outside the building at 10 minutes before the agreed time, so I called Paul to let him know were outside waiting. He said he was on the way, but would take awhile. Since we changed the time, I said no problem. Then we get a text from Kenny telling us they have no drivers and they would have to refund 1/2 our fare. I texted back that Paul said he was on his way and we had agreed to wait. Kenny texted back he was "oh okay Paul is free now, but way up north". Good thing Paul was going to do the right thing by us. He arrived almost an hour after our agreed upon time, but we got home. Not sure about using this company again, since Kenny was rather cavalier about getting us home. Please realize that each "fare" you take is a living breathing human being that is depending on you to get them where they need to go. Instead of just immediately refunding our money, maybe offer us an alternate time first?
