I had initially called as I was unsure if his behavior warranted a visit so they had me send a video clip to make sure and they did recommend him to be seen. During his stay, they called to update me on any happenings which thankfully there were none. At discharge, they supplied me with medication and a script to get a little more in case I couldn't get a quick follow up visit with my primary vet. Though it is pricey (each visit I opted for several hours of observation), I expected it but you aren't pressured to do anything. They will print out an estimate and breakdown of what and how much everything would cost. Then as the pawrent, you decide. They have a free private parking lot and 24 hour visiting hours or you can stay with your pet. There's always someone there so I felt confident my furbaby was safe.
