My feed is stored in a completely dry, airtight space, and in all my time raising chickens, I've never had this happen before. I called to let them know, and without hesitation they asked me to come in. They put a brand new bag in my car at no cost. That level of customer service is rare and exactly what you hope to find in a local business. They stood behind their product and made it right immediately. Ok, no problem. I get there, and there is one new employee who doesn't speak English well at all. I had a lot of trouble communicating with him and trying to explain how to cut the pups hair and the issues they have. We figured it out, and I left. They texted me to pick up the pups as usual but once I got there, the employee stated that they only accept cash or Zelle... of which I had neither. I was able to leave with the pups and come back with cash. On top of all that, the fire alarm is constantly chirping and I remembered that it was doing that at their last appointment 2 month prior. The place isn't kept very clean as the front entrance could use a sweeping. Needless to say, we are going to find a new place to take the dogs for grooming. I'm only giving 2 stars because the employee actually did a nice job on the pups. The business owner needs to take a business class or two.
