She always returned to us with long-lasting diarrhea and sometimes vomiting as well. I mean, even from the upscale, "boutique" dog boarding places. We were never sure if it was stress or a temporary change in diet, though we have always been diligent about sending food/not changing her diet. We were at a point where we figured we needed to bring the dog with us on trips but recently we had a trip that we just couldn't. Sam took immaculate care of our dog. She was very sweet and all of her staff was as well. Chip immediately took to her so that made me feel extremely comfortable. He's always so nervous getting groomed, but this time, I didn't feel like we had to worry. We didn't give her a whole lot of context about how we wanted him to be groomed and she NAILED it! Wow! She was lighting speed, he was literally done in about 45 minutes (which is terrific bc this little guy gets anxious typically, but I don't feel like he would be there!). We have had our dog for 9 years and he's been groomed by a variety of places. He has NEVER walked out of a place smelling so clean and fresh EVER! I asked for an adjustment, and again she acted like she heard what I said but then did something different. When I told her that what she did wasn't what I had in mind, she said my instructions were vague. That's fine, but if she didn't feel she understood what I wanted, I wish she would have asked some questions.
