I don't want to write this review because it hurts so much but I did want to come on here to say that Fond Memories is very appreciated. Thank you for handling our baby with care and sending him back home to us in one of the most beautiful boxes we could have asked for. It's beautifully colored like his coat was. The paw print is priceless... we never realized how big his paws were because he would never let us touch them. I really appreciate yall for doing the job you do... I know it can't be easy. It's not easy for us to say goodbye either but it brought some relief to my heart to see our boy given back to us with such dignity and respect for the wonderful animal that he was. My 17 year old dog had to be put down. I wanted something special to remember him by so I ordered HIS paw print. What I got in return made my heart drop. An obvious fake casting of a dog paw. This is not him, a child could tell this is a fake paw print. I am disgusted and so sad. This was $70 btw. There's a special place in hell for people like this. read more

Genuinely such a sick and twisted company. Our 17-year-old dog Gunther was recently put down, we decided on getting an 8x12 canvas painted a light pale blue/purple to mimic the color of blue bonnets. Gunther loved to play in bluebonnets so we saw fit. We waited anxiously and hopeful that we would get what we ordered. We oppened the box and were greeted with this monstrosity of a clay imprint. First, not what we ordered at all, and second, THAT IS NOT EVEN GUNTHERS PAW PRINT!!! I would put money on the fact that it is not even a dogs paw print at all. Some random worker has a stamp they put into clay and pretend its your dog. If you are going to prey on those that are grieving and try to scam them out of money and get off on it then at least make it look realistic. You guys are actually insane and in the worst way possible. To everyone that gets their dogs cremated and and MAYBE gets them back......I highly doubt you are getting your loved little angel back because these people that run this place are so idiotic and do not care for you. You are trash humans. This is something that can't even be fixed and redone because unless you can sweep Gunther up and put him back together you have failed as a company and deserve to fail. I had our 51 lbs dog Clare creamated in a private service for @$300. When I went to the vet to pick up her ashes FOND MEMORIES had the wrong last name. So now I'm not sure if it's even her in the box. No explanation. No compensation. Very unprofessional. Their motto is. "built on trust". I don't think so. read more

I was referred to Faithful Friends by my veterinarian. My beloved cat of 16 years Molly had to be euthanized during the holidays and we were distraught. Faithful Friends provided a very beautiful, thoughtful and respectful cremation of my pet. I literally shed happy tears when her remains were returned because I was so moved by the presentation. She was returned to us in an engraved cedar chest with her name engraved on it. We received a packet of rosemary seeds to plant in her memory and a keepsake imprint of her paw No one wants to say goodbye to a pet but I am thankful that Faithful Friends was there for us when that sad day came. read more

Such a great place with a wonderful, kind and professional receptionist. Never got her name but she was always so patient and sweet when I called. I don't know about other pet crematory services but the service I always received was exceptional. As much as I hated needing their services I am thankful the vet chose this place for my beautiful snowy. I found him as a stray, a white pomeranian stray 13 years ago and he was never claimed. He found me and I am forever thankful he did. He became my bff. Nobody that met Snowy failed to fall in love with him. I thank you for taking such good care and pride in everything. I started writing this 3 months ago and I forgot that I didn't send it. Thank you for packaging everything with such care because you were dealing with a gift from God to me but unfortunately death is inevitable. Cremation was not my choice. I heard rumors and read reviews and was so concerned. I woke up at night pacing back and forth thinking that I'd never see my little girl again. Each time we called, and we called a lot, they were so patient and professional to help us understand the process. The front desk was so kind and caring I wanted to give her a big hug. When we got the the paw prints and ashes back we couldn't hold back the tears, it was very well done. Yelp continues to remove my reveiw but I will keep reposting it as many time as it takes until they no longer remove it. There is nothing outside yelp guidelines about my review. Faithful friends just can't handle the fact that it is a dishonest, inconsistent company that does not follow appropriate guidelines when cremating animals. Just know that when you put your faith in this company to do the right thing and return "your" animals ashes to you, it's probably going to be a long shot. I had my dog cremated through this company on June 10th 2016. I asked that his hardware from his recent leg surgery be left in his ashes. Not only was the implants in a separate zip lock bag, they were not even his. There were tons of screws and hardware in this bag when my dog only had a small 3" plate and 4 screws. I questioned the company and they tried to tell me that was his stuff when in fact I know it was not. I even so much as took the bag to the surgeon herself to examine and she also confirmed it was not his hardware. So how am I to believe that the ashes in the box are his! This is already a devastating time and this awful company just makes it worse. I'm sure they mass cremate and then scoop up ashes to fill each urn as they go. This company should not be in business. And they keep having yelp remove my reveiw because that know it's true. Please do not take your beloved pets here. Anywhere but here! So sorry for your loss and may warm memories of your pet be with you. read more
