DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! They are just scammers. I came in to have my Iphone SE battery and screen replaced. Paid $100 and was told to come back if I had any problems. The day after, while using my phone, I noticed a white dot on the bottom screen. Went back the Saturday after, exactly one week after the repair. The technician Harris didn't know what to do. He said my phone is old and I must have push the screen too hard. I decided to leave and he came back out telling me to re enter the store. He opens the phone, and while the screen isn't mounted on the phone... it works perfectly fine. He's the one the mounted the screen causing that dot. He doesn't know how to fix the problem and asks me to come back the next day when the owner is in. Drove another 20 mins, third time, and the owner was not there. Asked my money back and he refused. Very rude and unprofessional. I left and will never be back! read more

the only reasonable thing about this place is the price, if you are okay with the worker acting like he doesn't want you to buy there; he's rude, he doesn't answer your questions and when he does you can almost feel how much you are bothering him; everything about the place feels dirty to the point you wanna wash your hands when you are finally out. When the repair time of my phone was up he didn't even wiped the screen with a napkin, the screen was greasy, had glue everywhere and on top of that the screen was being held by 4 rubber bands with the ones he instructed me to leave in my phone for 20 minutes so the glue could do its job, when another person came into the store you could feel the difference in the way he acted, he was more polite, he was more here and there, why would you treat me different? don't event think about asking for the process or trying to see the parts he'll use because the worker just don't like it, you will not know a thing about your phone until your phone is ready, it didn't felt like a safe place at all, but, if none of that concerns you, go for it (don't), because is cheap; and sir, you know who you are, please cut your nails. Better get away from this place. This place is dirty and the guy is not honest. He replaced my iphone 11 screen. Right after I took it home, one of the volume button was not working. I brought it back and he said its nothing to do with him. Not his fault. But then when I asked him to open the screen and the button just work fine. He still not accept that his repair cause the problem. I wish Yelp has a zero star to rate for a horrible business like this. read more

I had my 6 month old iPhone 11 Screen replaced here a little over a month ago. I read the reviews, thought it sounded like a good deal, and took a chance on voiding my entire warranty from apple to save a few dollars. I dropped the phone again and went in today to see if there was any type of warranty at all and they said no-only if it had a specific behavior of not moving at all when touched. My phone had the same exact problem again, but now I have no warranty from iPhone repair Garland AND I have voided all warranties for any other issues from Apple. I will spend the extra money next time to have my phone repaired properly from the company. Lesson learned. read more

They took 100$ to fix my iPhone 6plus. The phone wasn't right I took it back and he blames my motherboard. I took my phone to Apple and they replaced my screen for 150$ and it worked fine. They told me this happens when you replace it with a cheap Chinese digitizer. I'm requesting a refund but no one will contact me back. Just move on to the next store these guys will rip you off with a cheap China knock off. read more

So we messaged these people about unlocking my friends phone. Told us to be here at 10:30. As of 10:50 we are still waiting (with 3 other clients) for someone to show up. First off I would give them 0 if possible! So I got my iPad 4 screen repaired on sept.29 bc I was heading on a mission trip. I flew out on Oct 2nd and on Oct 5th as I was in my hotel room I went to pick up my iPad by the edge and the slightest pressure caused it to crack!! I just got home not to long ago & today informed them that my screen had indeed cracked. Here's why I called them. When I got the screen repaired they told me "if it messes up within 30 days without you dropping it or falling we WILL Fix it for FREE" so I called them and they say " Well we can fix it for $50! I say why do I have to pay when it hasn't been 30 days?! I didn't drop it and it didn't fall I simply picked it up & it cracked! He then gives the phone to the "iPad spealist" he then tell me same mess. And I told him the glass must be cheap & thin! He says no no no! it's the same glass. I say well if it's the same then how did it break? He has the nerve to say " idk may be the pressure? At this point I'm fed up with him & his partner they refuse to fix their mistake! LISTEN cheap & good doesn't go together! They're super cheap but the quality is bad. This glass is thin and fragile. Even the work on the actual edges is a bit sloppy because there was glue residue along the edge of my iPad when I picked it up! Save you $63.00 And go somewhere honest & reputable!!
