The pork was so tender and the homemade sauce on the inside was delicious! The flavors all complemented each other perfectly. My husband was so impressed with these too. The Vegas roll was tasty too, definitely one of the better Vegas rolls we have had. The haku ramen was so tasty. The broth was hearty and had such a great flavor. It was rich and not too salty. The pork was great too. I loved the egg, mushroom, and onion. The noodles were cooked perfectly and they had a lot in the ramen and didn't skimp on them as some other restaurants do. Johanna is a great server, I promised her I would leave a review a year or so ago. I forgot and hadn't until now. It's a very pretty restaurant. If there was one complaint it's that the door gets opened, or left open and the cold blows in. Which is more of an Utah people thing, than it being the restaurants fault. I had odd service one time, this was four years ago or so. I haven't seen that server since then. So I guess it's sort of a moot point. For the sake of explaining it. I asked the guy first a to go box. He removed the food that wasn't finished and left the boxes. So I had nothing to pack. Once again, haven't seen him since. Whenever I'm in Lehi this is usually the restaurants fault I go to. I liked the ramen place across the street, but they stopped serving alcohol.

If you arrive before 3:00 pm, do yourself a favor and order from the combo lunch menu. For a good price, you get miso soup, white rice, pork gyoza, and tempura vegetables, and then choose two items from a list that includes chicken, rolls, and sashimi. The gyoza and tempura alone are worth calling out, both done well. I went with the spicy tuna roll and steak teriyaki and did not regret either choice. Now for the rolls. The Tsunami Roll is the signature and it earns that title, order it without hesitation. The Spicy Masa and Fire Breathing Dragon round out my personal top three and I have yet to be disappointed by any of them. The two areas where they could level up: the wait for food is longer than the lunch setting calls for, so come with patience and plan accordingly. And for a restaurant with rolls this photogenic, a printed menu with photos would go a long way.

Everything was fresh and well put together. I live in Midvale, so it would be a bit of a drive for me, but honestly it's good enough that I'd make the trip to Utah county to eat here again.
