This one was recommended by a friend and we met there to catch up on life over a dish of Pad See Ew. It was.....ok. The flavor was pretty bland (I requested mild spice level, but had mistakenly assumed that there would still be flavor. I like flavor, just not heat.) The colors were also bland and uninteresting. However, the service was fast and friendly-I have to give it to them for being on top of their game in that department. I stopped in to this place after driving past it dozens of times and I'm glad I did. It's nice to add another yummy Thai place to the list! The yellow curry was watery and had no heat whatsoever even though I ordered a 3 out of 5 in spiciness and I had a hard time finding the contents of the dish with all of the watery gravy they gave me. I ordered vegetable pad Thai and got shriveled cabbage and barely there veggies. I also ordered the pad see ew which is supposed to be made with dark soy sauce but the noodles were practically white and barely cooked. The portion sizes are individual appetizer sizes. This place is cheaper than most Thai places but that's because you get what you pay for as far as quality of food and portion. Good service but a little pushy. I have not eaten in the restaurant but have gotten takeout multiple times. I am obsessed with the Massaman curry. My husband and I talk about it daily. The lunch portion is a little too small to share but the dinner is enough for two. The potatoes and carrots that come in it are delicious too! Sabaidee has been around for a few years now and has managed to break a rotating business curse in the building. They've got good Thai food, by far the best in the area, and they are one of the better places you can have a sit down meal in Lehi. It's also a perfect spot if you work near Thanksgiving Point and need somewhere to take people that is nicer than fast casual, but not upscale. The Sabaidee Trio is a favorite and is a mix of red, green, and yellow curry. You can also ask for it to be spicy, though even their spiciest feels pretty tame. We try to visit at least a couple of times a month and haven't got tired yet. read more

Ok folks.... This is the only place in northern Utah County aka north of Orem that has AVOCADO CURRY!!!! I am so grateful they exist. It saved this pregnant ladies day. Only reason for a 4 out of 5 would be that it doesn't eclipse my favorite avocado curry place in Orem. Service isn't always consistent here but it is still worth it. It took them a few minutes to acknowledge us after I went to the main counter to let them know we were waiting. We ordered immediately after being seated and the food did not took long to arrive. We got three different main dishes to share. All with the same level of spiciness. The Massaman Curry and the Pineapple Curry were ok, not the best nor the worst. On a scale from 1 to 10 I will give them a 5. The level of spiciness was very different on both of them. The portions were on the small size with minimal veggies or meat. In the other hand, the Pho was not my favorite. Don't get me wrong, I ate it all, I was really hungry. But I've had better pho in other places. The next day we were all sick, it was so weird. From the moment we walked in, our server looked like we had personally disrupted his peaceful existence just by daring to show up. The tension was so thick you could almost cut it with a spoon--we didn't get knives. The food? Well, if you squint hard enough and imagine real Thai food in your mind, maybe, just maybe, you'd get close to the flavors. But instead, we were served a lukewarm plate of "Is this really Thai?" The satay and spring rolls tasted like it had studied abroad in Thailand for a semester but never really learned the culture, and the Sabaidee Trio seemed like an interpretation of a curry done by someone who's never actually tasted one. Our first time eating food from here and it was so so good! I placed a takeout order on a Friday night for some red curry, pad grapow and pad ke mao. Order was ready by the time I got there, super fast and easy pickup. This spot is an alright Thai food restaurant, close to Lehi Main Street. We tried a few different things, most of which didn't wow me but were alright. If you aren't a Thai snob you may think it is good, but I would say there are better places around. I was impressed with that mango yellow curry, very flavorful and delicious. The spring rolls weren't anything amazing and the Nom Tak (Beef Waterfall) Salad was not great. I would definitely not recommend that. I took the GRE today, and I just HAD to reward myself with some panang curry. Sabaidee does it well! Their flavors are spot on, and they add the perfect amount of veggies and chicken. I asked for my dish to be made mildly spicy, and it was just on the verge of being too spicy (but I am very sensitive to spice! Even a little makes my nose run.). My favorite part of the panang curry was the coconut milk base. YUM! I loved the coconut-y flavor that absorbed right into the rice. My husband ordered pad thai. I tried a few bites, and it was pretty good! He asked for a level 3 spice, and it was pretty spot on. His only complaint is that there could have been more chicken served with it. We also ordered the wontons. My husband LOVED them, but I thought they were just okay. In my opinion, the wonton skin was too thick, and there wasn't enough filling. The filling was yummy though! The other reviews are accurate when they say the inside of the restaurant feels a little log cabin-y. It's true that there are minimal Thai decorations, and there is quite a bit of wood. They also had pop music (and alllll the commercials between the songs) playing. I didn't love that. HOWEVER....my meal was sooooooo good, and I will definitely be returning when I need my Thai food fix! P.S. I overheard a waitress saying they were running on 2 less people than usual.
