I found my place I had a horrible dental procedure a few…read moreyears back that left me traumatized. That kept me away from dental care but I couldn't put it off any longer. Let me tell you, the stars, the moons, the cosmic energy all aligned the day I found this place. Their customer service is 10 out of 10 from the front to the back and all staff in between. I was even impressed with the level of professionalism within the staff, how they communicate amongst themselves. The doctor, oh he was SO NICE and I love the way he took his time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly. At Natomas Crossing Dental, they have enough doctors on site that they are not rushing and you are not waiting a long time. I can go on and on, but since it was only my first appointment, I'll stop here and say it was an amazing experience.

False Advertisement…read more I paid $456 for a package advertised as including two professional cleanings, but what I received was completely misleading and honestly infuriating. At my first appointment on September 22, 2025, the hygienist only cleaned half of my teeth in about 30 minutes and told me to come back later in the week to finish. Then the office claimed that this second visit would count as my "second cleaning." So basically, they tried to count one cleaning split into two sessions as the two cleanings I paid for. That's like paying for two burritos and being given one burrito cut in half -- it's absurd. This whole situation was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and felt like a complete scam. It honestly ruined my week trying to sort it out. Their own brochure clearly states "two professional cleanings," yet I only got half of one. The experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of, and I would strongly warn others to stay away or double-check everything before paying.

I experience moderate discomfort during routine dental visits, and his team always goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm comfortable throughout my visit. My former dentist would fault me for this: "you dont floss enough or brush thoroughly..etc" was their reason for my consistent discomfort. At this clinic, I experience none of that. You're uncomfortable? Okay we'll numb you- no more pain and leaving in a bad mood after treatment. I am always greeted very kindly by the girls up front and my hygienist. I scheduled a routine cleaning at the next available appointment, which was already two months out. Just days before my appointment, I received a text message stating that their hygienist had left the practice and that they would not be able to accommodate me until October--an additional four-month wait. What is especially frustrating is that the message made it sound as though there was only one hygienist in the entire practice, which I know is not the case. Staffing issues and scheduling challenges should not come at the expense of patients' oral health. Waiting months for a cleaning is already difficult enough, but to be notified only days before the appointment after I had already adjusted my work schedule is extremely disappointing. I genuinely like my dentist and have had positive experiences in the past, but I cannot justify waiting until October for a routine cleaning. I did not have tooth pains before I went here and ever since I have had terrible pain in my teeth and jaw. I was told I had to have a root canal and they referred me to a place that charges $500 for the just consult alone which did not go towards the actual work itself. I didn't have any pain before I went there and now I experience pain regularly. Not only that but I was also told I needed other root canals. This was false information. I have since been to a much better/trustworthy dentist office that not only told me that I do NOT need additional root canals but they also had to fix a filling that was done by Lush within the timeframe given by insurance. Therefore I had to pay double to fix the work they did poorly due to not enough time passing. This place is a complete rip off, and I strongly discourage anyone from ever going here and having to experience what I did.
