I've gone to Lush Dental Studio since I've moved to Sacramento and I loved almost every experience I've had from day one! I say almost because of one recent occasion with two girls, misinformation for my payment & the other at the front desk with her words of choice for my Invisalign set. It was my most ??? (Like what is going on). Putting that aside, I love this place and the staff ! I recommend this place ! It's very clean and well kept. Entering into the establishment feels high end. Each room has Netflix so you can watch while they're working on your teeth. They offer water, blankets, etc. Overall, my experience has been wonderful and I'll be so sad when I have to depart from this place when I'm forced to relocate for work. They have taken care of me from my ex husband's teeth pulling to my cracked crowns to my Invisalign journey. Most of the girls are really wonderful to speak with and always welcoming. The drs and dental hygienists are amazing and so careful. They listen to my concerns and address them with me. Very knowledgeable! read more

By far the worst dental experience I have ever had. While the aesthetic was nice that is the only thing good I have to say. I did not have tooth pains before I went here and ever since I have had terrible pain in my teeth and jaw. I was told I had to have a root canal and they referred me to a place that charges $500 for the just consult alone which did not go towards the actual work itself. I didn't have any pain before I went there and now I experience pain regularly. Not only that but I was also told I needed other root canals. This was false information. I have since been to a much better/trustworthy dentist office that not only told me that I do NOT need additional root canals but they also had to fix a filling that was done by Lush within the timeframe given by insurance. Therefore I had to pay double to fix the work they did poorly due to not enough time passing. This place is a complete rip off, and I strongly discourage anyone from ever going here and having to experience what I did. read more

This is probably the best dentist I have ever been to! I have been looking for a new dentist in the area that didn't charge an arm and a leg for a new dental exam with X-rays and luckily I was able to find this place! I was fortunate enough to obtain a Saturday appointment slot. There is a new patient cash pay special online. I was greeted immediately and taken back. It is very clean and nice inside. The exam room had my name on the tv screen which was cute and personalized. The dental hygienist was the friendliest person ever including the dentist that I saw after. Beautiful studio. Support Staff is awesome. GARBAGE dental work. I had a crown put in without any explanation of what was being done in spite of a bunch of questions and I have had problems with it for 4 years. They refused to repair it. It was too big, disrupted my vote and resulted in a cracked tooth below it. Don't be misled by the pretty tvs. Go somewhere else. read more

Came here for the first time for a cleaning and exam, such a great experience! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The receptionists, my dental hygienist Cindy, and the doctor are such bright people, it was fun talking to each and every one of them. I get nervous going to the dentist so it was really helpful. Cindy was thoughtful and slowly explained every step to me, making sure I was comfortable. I've had a lot of dental experiences, some good and some less than good. Lush Dental Studio has by far been the best care I've experienced . To start, you are greeted by the front office staff that are passionate about dental care and helping their clientele . They will work with you and your insurance !! The rooms are set up with Netflix and YouTube and probably other stuff I'm unaware of as it's not my main focus . The dentists and other professionals are awesome. I had to have 3 fillings done a few years back because I went through a tough time that left me with some cavities. This dentist focuses more on aesthetics than on quality care. One of my fillings became infected and left me in excruciating pain and I had to find ANOTHER dentist to check it out because Lush Dental Studio was unable to see me for 3 weeks even in an emergency. Turns out the filling had been drilled down to the root and the filament was cementing to the root of my tooth and infecting it. I had to have a root canal and a crown put in by a different dentist. I am so sad I'm moving and didn't come here sooner because out of my 29 years of living, this is the BEST dental office l've ever been to! Adrina was so helpful before I even went into my appointment; she helped me with insurance questions and even called my insurance for me! I was worried about my insurance still being valid (I'm moving out of state) and she took that worry away from me immediately. Thank you Adrina! When I got to the office with my fiancé, my palms were sweating. I hadn't been to the dentist for 2 years because of a bad experience at a previous dentist, where the numbing wasn't done correctly and I felt the drill. I've never been the same since. I was greeted by Adrina, Aericka and Jewels. They were all high energy, super sweet, positive and laughing. The studio was so clean and cute; didn't even feel like I was at the dentist and that's a great thing for someone like me lol. Aericka and Jewels were absolute rays of sunshine and their energy is contagious. It made me ease up a lot and not feel as nervous. I asked all the ladies if I could bring my fiancé in the back because I had major anxiety, and they let me which was so nice! Super clean in the back once again, and even everyone on the way down the hall was so sweet and said hi. Cryssi was so helpful in the process of my scans, talking about my anxiety, and getting me prepped before seeing Dr. Khan. Once again, so personable, sweet, and SO understanding even though I felt like a huge ball of anxiety! There's a TV on the ceiling and one on the wall. They give you a blanket or anxiety blanket, and go through every single step with you. There's also music playing through out the whole back area, plus the TV's, plus conversations, so the amount of distractions from my anxiety was a 10/10!! I felt like I was in a cute little studio area that was warm, fun, and inviting. They communicate well down to the MINUTE with how long the scans will take, what they're doing next, which is amazing and eases my anxiety even more! Thank you Cryssi! Dr. Khan was so knowledgable and quick to the point. You can tell he's a straight shooter and I really appreciate that. I had a crown that was cracked, had decay, and was hurting my jaw/giving me headaches. Naturally, with my anxiety, I thought I had an infection. He showed me the scans/X-rays and gave me 2 options. He's so calm, cool and collected, which is great because I was already nervous. He told me we could do a temporary crown right then and there, and BAM! Got a plan, had Jewels show my price while I was in the back, then let us pay and they got right to work on my tooth! Numbing experience was great; no pain, amazing communication, everyone's laughing and getting along with each other (staff wise) which is so important. Allie, who helped prep my tooth before getting the decay out, was such a sweetheart, had the most friendly voice, and was so positive! Dr. Khan came in, communicated so well, and he took care of me in a timely manner! He didn't rush, continued to be friendly and personable, and got right down to business. He communicates well with his team which makes it even more flawless if an experience. One he finished the bulk, Allie helped with the final touches! Allie kept making sure my temporary crown was *perfect* and let me tell you, it IS! Looks like my real tooth, isn't loose, hasn't bothered me and my bite isn't uneven or uncomfortable. She also kept rinsing out my mouth TWICE and very thoroughly which I LOVED! There's nothing worse than having a nasty taste in your mouth or dry mouth. She stayed on top of it and I was out of there within no time! This team loves working together and really believes in their purpose! My 2 years at Lush Dental Studio have been amazing. I never knew that I could even have such an experience at the dentist! I recently moved away & had such a poor experience with a new dentist that I was inspired to write a review for Lush. Not only is the office impeccably clean & easily accessible (no long wait time over the phone or at any appointment), the staff has excellent communication skills & I have learned so much about my teeth & how to maintain them. I've been to many dentists & have never been educated nearly this well. The advice from the dental hygienist has quite literally changed my life & my teeth have never felt better. When I mentioned to my dental hygienist that it was my last appointment, she was genuinely sad & wished me well in my endeavors. Additionally, I never felt like they were "trying to get every penny out of you" as mentioned by a prior reviewer. During multiple visits, they even explained why some of my concerns did not require unnecessary intervention. Also, thank you for opening on Saturdays! As someone who worked an 8-5 job at a company that did not accommodate me well, I was very grateful for my Saturday morning appointments. I would come back here in a heartbeat if I could. All the staff were kind and patient and really took their time with you explaining everything. I so happy I decided to go here and it's so close to me as well. I was recommended this office by a friend. Seeing the great reviews and the photos I decided to give it a try. From walking in it smells and feels like an actual Spa. Like it genuinely did not feel like a dental office at all and felt like an ultra luxury Spa that smelt good and looked really clean. The front staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Diane, Cindy, and Dr. Khan were all spectacular with their bedside manner and were always explaining what they were doing. Diane was great with the X Rays and the initial consultation. Cindy was amazing with her dental skills and the whole process was super smooth while she was cleaning my teeth and explaining recommendations for how to keep my teeth clean. Dr Khan was super chill and was very knowledgeable. The whole office is also super high tech and it was super cool to see that you could watch Netflix while laying down while getting dental work done to distract yourself.
