The steak is served on a hot stone with 3 homemade sauces , peppercorn , whisky gravy and chimichurri. I had the Bone-in rib eye. I ate EVERY MORSEL!!! The best steak I've ever had - grilled perfectly medium rare , not salty and tender. The grilled vegetables side were good too , very fresh . And the added bonus was the INCREDIBLE Sangria. Next was the Taboon Roasted Foie Gras, which was flavorful, rich and perfectly cooked. This restaurant offered fine dining experience with wonderful service. The atmosphere is a contemporary vibe and minimalistic chic. Reservations are accepted and we were immediately seated. Upon arrival. Our server could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Menus are available in Spanish and English which helped with our choices. This is a sirloin steak restaurant; Steak choices are offered by weight and from a selection of six unique beef brands. A number of specialty sauces are also available to accompany your steak - our server recommended the Parisian Café sauce, which was an excellent version of a mild Au poivre. Starters include typical Spanish charcuterie, but of quality choices. Our server was flexible and accommodated our request to have a side of the grilled peppers served with our charcuterie, which was a wonderful pairing. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes honestly reminded us of liquid butter they were so good! This location has a wonderful wine list for choices by the bottle. There were also at least a half a dozen types of wine that were available by the glass from the region which allowed for a nice wine tasting. There were some nice dessert choices too and the coffee was excellent. we had been to a number of Michelin rated steakhouses, and this was by far the best steak we had in Spain and an excellent pricepoint. I recommend starting with the empanadas (can't go wrong with any flavor) and then finding a friend who's open to food ageing so you can try both a steak and the traditional Consuelo (a stewed chicken or beef dish). We got the beef version and the meat was very tender and comfort-food esque without being too heavy. Don't forget to get some after dinner piece sours Definitely coming back!
