Dear Store Owner, I…read moream writing to share a disappointing experience my husband and I had with a purchase from your store during our recent vacation. My husband purchased a ring and bracelet for me as a special gift, spending close to $300 total. Before making the purchase, I specifically asked the sales associate multiple times whether both pieces were sterling silver and made with natural turquoise. We were assured that both items contained natural turquoise and sterling silver. Since returning home, I have had the ring examined by a local jeweler and was informed that the stone is actually dyed howlite rather than natural turquoise. As you can imagine, this was upsetting to learn, especially because the items were purchased as a meaningful vacation gift from my husband. What is most frustrating is that we relied on the representations made by your sales associate when making our purchase. Had we known the stone was not natural turquoise, we would have made a different decision. Unfortunately, we do not live locally, making an in-person return impractical. However, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention and see whether there is anything you might be willing to do to address the situation. There are some other art galleries on the main Street of Lake Geneva but this one was great in regards to owning original artist paintings of oil and canvas without breaking the bank. Originally I came 3 days and so I really stunning painting that was $66 before taxes I was just waiting for my next paycheck I went back there just to find out someone else I was also eyeing that painting and bought it right away. I wish the lady running the store would have given me a layaway option to put some money down as o no one else would buy that painting when I walked in. Nevertheless I saw another Painting that I was also thinking to put. It was not as nice as the one I saw but it was another painting since I drove all the way from Chicago Illinois about to purchase it despite that I find out it was already purchased by someone else 3 days later. That's the reason for out of five stars because I was disappointed coming back not finding that same original Artist painting that was on sale. I will be coming back here since this is real artwork that one can afford and that anybody could find. I had it framed since they don't sell or have the service to framing their own paintings back in Chicago and it looks beautiful from the frame service I found that opened up before the pandemic. Here you will find casual and dressy casual wear, super cute, unique items for kids, and many accessories. If you are looking for something for you or your child that is different than a department store find, stop by and see what the shop offers. Prices are spot on. It's important to remember that boutique clothing provide an opportunity to obtain unique pieces that not everyone in town wi be wearing. This means you might expect to pay a little more. With that said, I thought the prices were extremely reasonable- $28-$60 or so per piece. I noted some necklaces and other accessories for $12. It's worth noting how extremely friendly the owner is. He was super sweet to my girls. His two dogs were in the shop, and he even brought one to my toddler so she could pet her. These are the types of small businesses to support.

Many dealer had good sales (20-50% off) on our visit so the Mister grabbed some very cool old beer steins and a US Presidents wastebasket. I don't know why such a thing was made but for $12, who can say no? They have lots of coins, currency, circus ephemera and minerals so if those are of interest definitely check it out. The staff was really friendly too plus a bonus adorable shop dog! A cool place we'll come back to.
