    Seeet and caramel crepes
    Galya T.

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this awesome out door stand surrounded by water, boats, and places to relax. It's located down by the water. In United States we would call this the Boardwalk and it's super cute. The food is amazing. My boyfriend and I both got crepes, sweet for lunch/snack. We thought the flavors and textures of crepes was soooooo good, the best in Paris yet. What I also love about this spot, is that you are located outside and there are many different types of people pass you by or even ask to share the table. It becomes very welcoming and communal atmosphere. Definitely a place to check it and take a break with delicious crepes, beer and juice!

Excellent all around. We had the Ham and Cheese crepe and the caramel crepe. Great atmosphere being along the Seine. We will definitely be going back while we are here.

A great food stand by the Seine River. My wife enjoyed her sandwich as did I. The owner was very nice and accommodating with helping us select the choices. The goat cheese with the sausage was a great combination. The coffee was also pretty good. If your on a little walk by the river give it a whirl.

Ok crepes, could not the chicken at all because it is slim layers of chicken, need to add some salt and pepper and spice, too bland food

I eat about half of it there on the stand up tables (if they're available.) Ok,,, it's one of those no frills joint that I like so much. You walk in, you bark your order to the cashier. She sets you up with your sandwich and tells you how much it is. You reach in your pocket, you pay her, she give you change and you're out the door. On to the next one. The sandwiches they serve here is pretty good. Salmon, ham, cheese, greens, tomatoes, onions, etc. Those are all pretty much created equal,,, what really makes the difference here is the bread. They make their own bread here,,, yes,,, own bread,,, from scratch. Flour, water, yeast, etc... all that good stuff. All that and a lot of love to create the perfect light and crispy on the outside and mouthwateringly chewy and tasty baguette you've ever put in your basic mouth. Anyways, the simple things are what I love,,, and Le Fournil Du Maine is what I call my regular joint. Thank you so much for making amazing sandwiches,, I'll see you again next time I'm in town. This is a great little food stand that is built into the exterior of the Cafe de la Place. While…read morethe Cafe de la Place is fairly boring and expensive (typical tourist trap brasserie) this small vendor is a treasure. The owner/chef is very proud of his operation and prepares crepes and sandwiches before your eyes as you wait with a selection of very fresh ingredients. If you want avocado and fig in your sandwich, well, he will cut them up for you from a whole fruit! Maybe don't try to change your order too much because the chef has a very clear idea about what ingredients go well together :) The crepes are quite traditional in terms of the selection of toppings of ham, cured ham, cheese, mushrooms, and egg... But they do not fail to please the taste-buds. The sandwiches are more exotic with choices like fresh mozzarella di buffala and roquette/arugula and on a fresh baguette they are delicious and filling. Crepes are from 3.5-6.5 euros and sandwiches are 5-7 euros so its a great deal if you feel like avoiding the cantine or a McDonald's...or like avoiding to pay 6 euros for a Coca Cola in the Cafe de la Place next door (how much would a sandwich cost???). However, the cafe (if they are not too busy) will probably let you eat a crepe/sandwich at one of their outdoor tables if you buy a drink from them (but be warned, the crepe might be the cheaper portion of your meal...) Bring cash and enjoy one of the best crepe stands in Paris!
