It's a food truck parked outside of a convenience store at a gas station. Quality of food and the owner - both are very nice and I really appreciate the meat to rice ratio. There was decent flavors too. My only issue is the price. I'm won't be picking up food here anytime soon as I don't think the price is fair or accurate. I find this to be a running theme with one off family run businesses who have no experience or background in pricing. It's pretty clear that they don't bother doing enough market or competitive research. Instead they charge whatever they want. Until there's common sense prices I'm going to keep looking. I do recommend this place, please check them out if you can afford it because the food is great. read more

I've been looking at this food truck for years and finally decided to try it one night and I'm soooo glad I did !! The chicken tikka roll and the crispy chicken zinger sandwich are so delicious!! Their chicken tikka kabobs are juicy with and the roll has a sauce that is surprisingly spicy ! The cook there, Bila, is so sweet and has a great smile. More like 4.5 It's rare to find a good food truck or Indian restaurant with a menu different than the regular ones. This one is pretty good. The owner was also really sweet and gave me some rice and korma to try. Of the three things we had Zinger burger definitely topped the list. It was really really good. They have some achaari masala (for spicy mayo) and it went really well with the burger. Malai burger was quite good as well. The chicken was very well cooked, had that smoky flavor and was quite juicy too. Samosa chaat was good, but I felt it had a bit too much potatoes. Overall a must try. You would wanna go atleast for their burgers pretty sure I am gonna visit this food truck everytime it is in my area :) read more

Stopped by here last evening to try the mixed Kebab Platter after seeing all the reviews on Yelp. I couldn't decide on which wrap to get so thought of instead trying all the kebabs. The owner was really friendly and nice when I called. They didn't have lamb boti so he offered chicken malai instead. No biggie. We picked up the food and drove back home in 15 minutes to devour it. Unfortunately we were utterly and thoroughly disappointed. Everything was just so small and dry and overcooked to death. - The seekh kebabs were overloaded with coriander and cumin seeds to a point where they had no other flavor coming through and were intensely dry and tough. - The chicken malai kebabs were like chalk; absolutely dry and crumbly and tasteless. It is one of my favorite kebabs and this was an utter disappointment. - The chicken tikka was the only saving grace and somewhat decent. Overall $36.50 for this kebab platter is absolutely not worth it. Definitely not going here again and won't recommend it. read more

First of all, converting a van to a food truck is genius. The guy who took our order was personable. He had a perfect mix of selling us without being too pushy. They also have free samples of their rice dishes! We got the Malai Boti roll, Chicken Tikka roll, Samoas Chaat, and he gave us a paneer pakora and aloo tikka to try. The parathas for the roll were so yummy. It felt like they melted in my mouth (if bread could do that). They are oily but that's part of the allure. The chicken was very soft and cooked the perfect amount. The wraps looked identical but I think(?) the Tikka had more flavor. The samosa didn't come with a side of sauce, but upon eating it, I realized 1) it has sauce drizzled on it 2) the inside is so moist and 3) there's a seasoning that packs so much flavor. I thought it was kind of pricey ($7 for 2 samosas) but the quality was great. I recommend taking a bite of lettuce with it! It felt lighter than other samosas I've had. The paneer pakora was alright, but I wish I could've added more salt. The aloo tikka was great! I want to learn how to make it at home. Definitely worth a try. We got all of that for $26 so not too pricey. read more

The best reviews rarely have pictures, probably because the food is so good that when it arrives you dive right in. This is one of those reviews. Despite living in greater Seattle area for the last 20 years, I have never tried Foody Moody. Boy was I missing out. I tried their food for the first time on a Friday night, and I was back for lunch the next day. And despite it being an early cold Saturday afternoon, the owner himself was working; he had not outsourced the cooking to someone else. When owners stay personally involved, the love and passion comes through. Both the Malai Boti and the Chicken tikka roll are spectacular (opt for the malai version if you don't like the heat). The chicken zinger burger's cutlet is perfectly spiced with a blend of Pakistani spices, yet the crunchy coating on the outside could give the best fried chicken restaurants a run for their money. Paneer entrées are typically added to menus as an afterthought as a token option for vegetarians; they are typically bland and tasteless in most restaurants. Not here. Even their paneer burger raised my standards and expectations. It is flavorful and just as good as their chicken burger. My kids were born in the US often cringe when I want to take them back to their roots and grab some good desi grub. They loved the foodie Moody zinger burger so much that it is no longer a battle when I have a hankering for Pakistani food. They are just as pumped to eat here. This Indian food truck is a gem. I just ordered 3 out if the past 5 days. This place is fire. I recommend the lamb pulao and samosas. The chicken channa is also hittin. Great flavors and the people here are so great. This is already in my rotations of redmond spots. I highly recommend it. We ordered aloo tikki appetizer, 2 paratha rolls (malai boti & chicken tikka), & the lamb korma pulao rice. The standout was definitely the pulao rice - rice itself was extremely flavorful & moist, and the lamb was so tender and delicious! The rice by itself would be a full meal for 2 people, IMO - each paratha roll is also very hefty & would make for a solid lunch (at least for me). What was said as chicken kebab on the aluminum foil turned out to be lamb instead, which ok there's mix ups occasionally. The fact that I bit the first bite then put it down again and some crumbs fell off.. with a piece of the curly short hair that is not ok. It didn't look like hair from the head but from a mustache or something. I was absolutely disgusted since I'm pregnant also. I stopped eating it immediately and just lost my appetite. I had to force myself to eat something so I gave the veggie samosas a try and they were good but spicy. To all the desis (people from the indian subcontinent) in the PNW region and to all the rest of the world people living in the greater Seattle area - this food truck is LEGIT !! The guy Saddam is humble to his core. Not only he cooks well but also he talks well. I simply love his gossips. But then the 5 star rating is not on his gossips its for his out of the world, juicy, flavorful, succulent, tender and finger licking, lip smacking delicious Kebabs !! So, they have this incredible kebab platter which has Lamb Seekh Kebab (minced meat in skewers, chicken seekh kebab, chicken tikka and malai kebab. Get that and bring your boose (although I am not sure if you can bring your boose and drink outside the food truck) but that's a killer combination. His kebabs which he prepares right in front of you in his food truck are pretty authentic, just like we make it back home. You will not have any regrets. He also puts these kebabs and rolls them with sauce and those are also quite delicious. And he has a loner dessert but that Kulfi (Indian ice cream with dry fruits, and saffron) is absolutely out of the world. His food is pure nostalgia !! read more
