The parking is located in the back and the entrance is easily accessible. While I walked in the lobby, the reception greeted and handed me some paperwork to fill out. I was then ushered into an examination room, sat on a chair and took off my shoes. The doctor came in and was very cordial, communicative and most importantly patient. He answered all my questions and assisted me with my concerns. Great experience overall.

Had she understood what her computer read, she would see I have met my individual deductible. She wanted me to pay what left of the family deductible. So she told me I need to pay $140 plus whatever services are rendered. That was upfront! I hadn't even seen the doctor yet. I knew I I wasn't responsible to pay for the office visit in full. As soon as I got in the car I called Blue Cross who told me that I was right. They put me on hold and called her and explained to her how it worked and that she should not have asked up front and taught her what she should have done. I did not return as I did not trust this office anymore. So please make sure you speak to your insurance company first and ask reception at the office to check:understand your insurance benefits BEFORE you drive all the way down there.

The next day no one called....I called at 9:30, I asked her if they don't want new patients only for the rude lady to start telling me it is only her and the doctor and she is very busy? I told her she did not want to schedule me the previous afternoon. She got rude with me and tried to claim I was being rude? I can't believe this doctor likes this kind of new patient treatment. His business will suffer. I called and told my Doctor, who immediately referred me to someone else. BTW, I never got to meet with this doctor!

I highly recommend Dr. Osborne as a doctor who is highly specialized in his field and is a great orthopedic surgeon as well. Thank you Dr. Osborne As good as Dr. Osborne is I can't say the same for his administrative assistant Marisa. I've left 5 messages on her machine to call me back and she hasn't had the courtesy to return my calls. After waiting for a call for ten days I now have to drive down there to resolve my issue because I'm out of time. Over twenty years this is easily the worst customer service experience in the medical industry I've ever received and that's saying a lot because there were some other bad customer service issues before. Dr. Osborne if you are reading this you are losing business because of administrative issues with this staff member. I will keep trying to stay with Dr. Osborne, but if this is how other patients are being treated I'm sure they will be finding alternatives right away because they don't have a history with the good doctor. Please do something about the administration returning calls, this is a current and future problem for the office.
