I originally scheduled a 4:00 PM appointment three months ago, and on the day of the appointment they suddenly called to tell me I needed to come in at 3:00 PM instead because they were closing early. I adjusted my entire day and still showed up--even though I was going to be about 10 minutes late, which they told me was fine. When I arrived, I was told the doctor was no longer in the office. After rescheduling me last-minute advising I still could come, they couldn't even keep the doctor available for the new time knowing was still arriving. It was completely unprofessional, a waste of my time, and shows zero respect for patients' schedules. If they knew they were closing early, that should've been communicated long before the day of. I won't be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend this office based on how poorly they handle appointments and communication.

As a line dancer teacher, I was always dancing in my boots. My toes were a mess. discolored, growing out crooked, and so thick they could not be clipped anymore. He was able to diagnose it was trauma and gave me the right plan for treatment. My toes are looking almost normal again. They schedule so there is not a lot of wait time in office. Even though my situation is not life threatening or needing surgery, I never felt my time in his care as not important to him. One of my best experiences with a medical professional!
