I'm very disappointed with the phone service at this doctor's office. Every time I call, I'm either placed on hold indefinitely or spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner. It's incredibly frustrating to wait on the line for so long--sometimes over 20 minutes--only to end up hanging up because no one ever returns. Communication is a basic expectation in any medical office, and this ongoing issue makes it nearly impossible to get the care or information I need. Also, the employee who does there referrals DOES not do her job and she does not answer her phone. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements. read more

They all have gone above and beyond to help me with all my foot issues. I was previously coming here meeting with one doctor who apparently is no longer with the company. On my 3 month follow up (today), I got charged $75 copay (that isn't the issue) and met with a new doctor. When I walked in the new doctor asks what I was there for (didn't even look at my previous visits). He proceeds to simply tell me I need to take a pill (after the last doctor said I didn't need the pill). So I paid $75 for a 2 min consultation rather than an actual doctor visit. Dr. James Jung is very very rude with bad attitude. He does not listen to his patients. I went to this office for the first time to treat a plantar wart on my right foot that I had it for over 8 months and was referred to him by another podiatrist to get it surgically removed, but he was not helpful at all, and kept saying "why you come to me, why you did not go to the other Dr." I don't recommend him at all. He needs to learn to respect his patients. read more

Hi I went to the center for my appointment for 9:15am! It is my first visit so the receptionist was welcoming me and filled my forms. After finishing it the assistant to Dr. Huang got me situated and the doctor came by to give me diagnosis of both ankles the recommendations for my SURGERY for both ankles! I can't begin to say how amazing this office is. I started going here in Sept 2020 for foot pain and swollen ankle that I had for years. They were quick to get me in for a MRI then switched me over to see Dr. Michael Kim their foot/ankle specialist. I met him as he went over my MRI results and was pretty upfront and honest what I needed but gave me a choices to try other things before going in for surgery. Dr. Kim is fabulous! Dr. Michael Kim told me that amputation was my best option after being diagnosed with charcot foot, which resulted in a bone infection. He then proceeded to tell me if I didn't amputate, I would never walk again and would be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. Needless to say, I got a second opinion. Now after a year my feet are almost healed and soon will be getting walking braces. Don't go to this doctor!!! read more

Dr Katzman and Dr Kim have worked wonders. For years I have been in pain due to a car accident. For 12 years I suffered and had basically been told by previous doctors that i had to get used to my new normal. Dr Kim did a revision surgery in 2018 and changed my life! I gained back mobility and range of motion and lessened pain. I'm back again for follow up and hopefully my last surgery. I have complete trust in Dr Katzman and Dr Kim! Been coming here since April of 2018 for Plantar Fasciitis in both my feet. Dr Kim has been very understanding and helpful through it all. Not to mention the girls in the front are always so sweet. They handle things very quickly, get you your appointments and disability extensions handled all while you are there! I do want to say that the orthopedics they gave me did not help but that could be my fault. When they were scanning my foot I put it down as flat as possible, which the point is to see the elevation of your arch. So I need to get another scan done. Just a tip from my experience with plantar fasciitis, I found that wearing Adidas "comfort" slides help with the ease of walking around at home. Definitely try them. But back to the office, I would definitely recommend this office. read more

The doctor and staff are amazing! He made my daughter feel comfortable about getting her ingrown toe nail removed. The Procedure was quick and painless. After having appointments with the other doctors in this group, I was given an appointment with a very young Dr. Mendivil. Dr. Mendivil listened, answered my questions, gave me his time and diagnosed my painful foot issue that wasn't brushed off as arthritis, as was in my previous visits. Dr. Mendivil is a very caring doctor and if he can keep the qualities that I have experienced with him, he will have a rewarding future in his profession. read more

Dr. Michael Kim now has done 2 foot surgeries for my wife and has done a fantastic job. He is very friendly and cares to his patients well. The staff at the center are awesome. Frank in the office takes good care of Stella when she goes in there from putting on a cast, taking the cast off and doing her x-rays. Rosa took care of all the disability paperwork for us. My experience with Dr. Vanessa Taylor was extremely positive. Both she and her staff made me so comfortable throughout the process of my foot surgery. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Vanessa Taylor. As a female and having bad feet.  No cute sandals in the summer time, hiding my feet for years.  I am 51 now and finally said enough of this.  I reviewed a lot of doctors, and honestly Dr. Taylor seemed to be the best.  July 2017 I had my foot surgery.  I got home and I really had no pain, so I decided to do the left foot in September 2017. So my right foot had a bunion and a hammertoe on the second toe, my left had a bunion and hammertoes, 2nd .science having my second foot done, no pain!  I am truly happy.  Dr. Taylor  truly ROCKS!  She followed up with me regarding both of  she truly is a great person, I would recommend her to anyone. I am truly glad I made this decision to get it done, and pick the greatest doctor to do it.  Everything was right on point, i did not have long waits or anything, in and out of surgery, and just getting things done in a timely manner.  I am now able to wear my sneakers for both of my feet . I thought they were quick to getting me in for my little guy. They had difficulties with pulling up the program for the x-rays on the computer, but called the hospital and had the report faxed in just a minute or two.
