I did both multiple times, and no one came to the door. Eventually another patient just walked into the waiting room, so I followed. I had waited 13 mins and no one was at the front desk. The other patient yelled "hello?" and someone finally came to the desk to help. I found it odd there was a waiting room yet we were told to wait outside the office--there weren't even any chairs or anything to sit in. The person who took my vitals didn't introduce themselves. Dr. C came in promptly, and while she was great, she provided a very, very rushed physical. The appointment literally took maybe 4 or 5 mins. As the appointment was ending, I asked what ever happened to my bloodwork and she said they still didn't have it but she would check (I had the labs done 2 weeks prior!). As I was leaving and getting into my car, Dr. C called and said they did, in fact, have the bloodwork and went over everything with me. While I liked Dr. C overall, between no one being at the front desk at the time of appointments and a super rushed first visit, it was a kinda crummy first impression, enough to make me cancel.
