I get deep tissue messages and both times I've had to do breathing exercises while she's working out knots or tight muscles, SOOOO GOOD. Obviously if you don't like that level of intensity she'll bring it down. She's always asking if pressure is ok, temperature in the room, fan ect. I highly recommend May and she's usually able to squeeze you in same day if you need it!

She quickly figured out exactly where my body needed attention and adjusted the pressure and techniques accordingly. It honestly felt like she understood every tight muscle and nerve that needed relief. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and so much lighter. The ambiance was lovely overall.
