The staff didn't seem very engaged or knowledgeable about the products. Customer service felt lacking, and overall it didn't seem like there was much effort to help. This experience reminded me why I usually go elsewhere--other stores tend to be more knowledgeable and attentive. However, since it was purchased by a new owner, I've noticed some improvements and renovations that have given the area a much-needed refresh. New additions like Handel's, Vine + Grain, and the upcoming Slice House are making the center feel more lively and promising. I think Streets of Brentwood has a lot of potential and will continue to improve over the next five years. One of my favorite features is the outdoor patio area. It's a nice place to take a stroll, spend time with family, and even bring your dog.
