She asked what type of shoe I was looking for. I told her what I wanted and in what color. She brought out several pairs of shoes based on my scan and wants. She was super knowledgeable, polite, and professional. She wouldn't let me do anything. She told me to put my foot up on the footrest and she'd do the rest. She removed my custom orthotics from my shoes and put them in every pair of shoes I tried on. It felt like the old school days of shoe shopping. She was patient with me and I never once felt rushed. Regan, you're a superstar and you went above and beyond and I want you to know it's appreciated. I also had an experience at Fleet Feet with Alex. He's a superstar as well. He and Regan are top-notch. I met the owner earlier today. I wanted to tell him in person how much I appreciated Regan and Alex. The staff didn't seem very engaged or knowledgeable about the products. Customer service felt lacking, and overall it didn't seem like there was much effort to help. This experience reminded me why I usually go elsewhere--other stores tend to be more knowledgeable and attentive.
