Went in this morning with the reciept to ruturn a pair of shoes given to me by my husband for Christmas and was told i could only get a credit because they were worn, 1st of all if they were worn that means someone at the store my husband bought them at put them on the shelf as a return however it was not me , the shoes were not my style and to be accused of wearing them is beyond insulting and not my problem, thats how I recieved them, and the young lady who is a little heavy set who took our return today needs some customer service skills, never will i recommend anyone to shop there, she was completely rude and very unprofessional she needs to be talk to for her behavior to customers! Will NOT be back or recommend I suggest you ask the store My husband bought them at if they are a previous return! Ridiculous! Zero stars! read more

I have never had a problem with this footlocker in the fox Valley Mall until recently. I won the raffle for the jordan cool grey retro 11 size 13 I went to the location at 3:30pm on 12/11/21 I ended up being in the store for over 2 1/2 hours due to they couldn't find my shoe size in there store and they only had a size 12 & 14 which I can't fit and then the store manger tried taking me to the champs in the mall to see about the one they still had in stock but that was just a whole fail! And the whole day was a waste of my time and energy! Then dealing with customer service they were no help at ALL! One lady kept trying to say they didn't see anything in the system but for the other size I won for my fiancé and I sent them my QR code for my shoe size and all then they said that I miss it because I didn't go pick them up when I explained what all occurred that day I still have yet to receive an email back or a call!! I purchased a pair of shoes on Monday, they did not have the size she was looking for. We ordered them through their warehouse and was promised delivery by april 29th. Jeanette C was the manager who placed the order, she put the order in wrong and now the shoes are going to be delayed. Sadly nothing can be done now and Jeanette C is blaming UPS on their end. We will no longer shop at foot locker anywhere due to her actions alone. She is rude and insists she did nothing wrong in this matter and is blaming us and UPS for all and any inconveniences. She should look for a different line of work, customer service is not her strong suit. read more

Extremely rude store associate. Employee at the door was nice, but I had to spend some time to flag down an employee, who was in the back talking. I asked to try on a pair, and he came back told me they don't have my size. There were about 3 or 4 different models of the same shoe out, not including the limited ones in the back, any of which would have sufficed to try on. I asked if he was sure, and if not I asked for a different size. I'm not sure if the employee didn't understand or if he purposely refused, but he was very rude and I wasn't able to try them on. Better yet, the same employee seemed to be making fun of customers. BIG REASON to be reprimanded if this was anywhere else. I remember another customer asked to try on a pair, and the employee came back and said they didn't have his size. The same employee then decided to call across the room to another customer (who had bought a shoe that happened to be aforementioned customer's size) and asked "excuse me, may this kid try on your pair of shoes" to which he said no obviously, and the employee looked back and laughed at the kid, who ended up walking out of the store. Lots of ridiculous behavior even within the 20 min that I was there. I don't think paying customers should be berated by employees. I talked to another employee who promptly was of help, and unfortunately they didn't have the size I was looking for in the other pair I wanted, but at least the employee was helpful. Considering there's so many shoe stores here, there's no reason for me to return here. Spend your money elsewhere if you don't want to be treated rudely. Edit: condensed for length read more

Great customer service when you walk in to buy something. Went today to return shoes worn in the store and 5 minutes on carpet at home. They only would exchange the shoe and not give money back, saying he shoes were worn. I will never buy my shoes from this store again. read more

The biggest Foot Locker I've ever seen. Has decent items on sale. Clearance racks are near the registers and you can find some good deals.

Very large store and has a large selection but what good does that do if the employees have poor customer service. My first visit to this store was on 7/11/2016. Not one employee approached me and ask if I needed help. They were all talking about outside of work things instead of paying attention to the customers in store. I waited about 15 minutes and still no one ask me for help. I walked out and purchased a pair of shoes at Kids foot locker. Today 8/14/2016 I walked in to buy my son a pair of shoes and could you believe not one out of the many employees approached and ask for me for help or even greeted me. I even made eye contact and nothing. Needless to say I went down to the lower level to Kids Foot Locker and guess what? I was greeted by Dominique and Nicolette. My husband, son and I went in to the store to purchase new basketball shoes. We've frequented this location many times and have made many purchases. However, after today's visit, I won't ever go back. From the rude and condescending sales person, Dion, to the equally rude people ringing at the register and manager ... just a really awful experience and we won't be back. We were purchasing shoes in excess of $120 and I asked if they would honor an online coupon for $20 off (one that they have previously honored several times before and that other locations said they would honor .. yes I called) and not only was I dismissed and told no, but the way in which they refused to honor it was rude and disrespectful. And, they literally could care less that I walked out and went to their competitor down the hallway and purchased shoes (and said so as we walked out). I stopped into Foot Locker on November 4, 2015 and a sales associate name Alexis helped me out. She was friendly and very helpful. She was very pretty and nice and I find myself wanting to go back and buy more shoes just so I can see her!!! I like the shoes too! read more
