When I walked into the Vans store, I made a beeline straight for the shoes. At first, I thought I had grabbed the pair I wanted, but it turned out to be the wrong style. Luckily, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and Ariana, the salesperson who helped me, quickly pointed me in the right direction. She was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on multiple pairs. I received an email on 12/14/25, stating that there was a delay in processing my order. I tried canceling on the app but was unable. I called in on the 16th to try and cancel and they claimed that the item was processing and that it could not be canceled even though it had not shipped. I informed that I had to buy another pair of shoes and that they were wasting their money and my time, because I was planning on returning the shoes. They kept apologizing for my inconvenience and saying that they understand. I told them that the customer service is received was poor and that I will not be patronizing their store in the future and will let the public know.
