My first time online ordering from footlocker was an awful experience. The shoes took 1 week and 6 days to arrive, terrible shipping!

I came in with my wife and daughter, we were greeted and helped by a young associate by the name of Jakob. He was extremely helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about his job. My wife asked if he could measure our daughters foot to assure her size and he gladly did so. He was able help my wife and I with a pair of shoes as well, we ended up leaving the store with new shoes for the three of us. House of Hoops. Always getting the limited releases. Wish they policed the whole lining up experience better. How someone walks away with 3 pairs of 9.5s of a certain shoe before the whole line goes through is just not fair. Staff is pretty organized for the shoe line ups. read more

In short I purchased an item at the end of last year. I was diagnosed with cancer and after surgery and other treatments I am no longer able to use the item. It is still brand new in the box it was shipped in. That is beyond upsetting that you won't even consider taking the item back for a refund or even store credit given the circumstances. Not taking into account why I couldn't return them in a timely matter in this instance is heartless. I would expect better from a huge corporation that could easily refund the $200 and most likely resell the shoes as I haven't even removed them from the box. After all the money I've spent at footlocker over the years thanks for showing me your true colors. I will never shop at your store again and will be happy to share this story with everyone that will listen. I hope you realize the error in your ways. This is a nice large store with plenty of variety. Cleanliness is always high on my list with any store & they definitely fit the bill. My frustration with this location is based on their customer service. For a Thursday evening there doesn't seem to be enough employees on staff. During our shopping experience we've had to wait beyond the normal amount of time you'd be expecting to receive shoes to try on. While waiting at the register with 3 pairs of shoes, a different associate came to assist another set of customers and sold one of our pair of shoes after a customer asked to look at them. However even upon watching one employee trying to juggle assisting 6-7 different customers at one time, we we're able to find another helpful team member who helped us get out of the funk we were falling into. Amazing customer service as always. I called and asked Paula to cut me a break since I am driving from the valley to pick a pair of shoes up. I believe the had a FCFS policy on the shoes but she still helped me and held a pair for me. I ended up buying two more different pairs of shoes the same day and both Paula and Ken helped me out. Good range of shoes - as you'd expect - and great service. So you get what you're after pretty quick but things grind to a halt when you hit the lines for the cashier. It can be a little slow but since you tend to get what you need this is a minor thing. Just don't expect to run in and out if you're in a rush. read more

My wife and i drove here from glendale after finding the new kb mentality shoes were not avaliable in10.5. FL glendale checked and sent us here. FL glendale was packed and customer service was ok. This FL went above and beyon my expectations and eveb tho they could not find the shoe, because I didnt know the name, they tried to look and look they searched the internet and I could not see the shoe. Finally we saw the kids version and bam they figured that they had it. Im applaud them for being patient because I know I was irritated and wasnt too nice. HORRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! FIRST of all....they have the WRONG phone number on the website AND on here. I called ALL day and either the line was busy or it kept ringing and asked for a security code. So i finally called Hollywood and highland and put the shoes i was looking for on hold, even tho i really did not want to go over there so i decided to look at the Beverly center website and i finally was able to chat on there and asked them about this foot locker issue. They gave me the RIGHT phone number which wasn't the one online at all. And i was able to get a hold of someone FINALLY. When i asked to put the shoes on hold they said they won't do it. And i said oh that's weird then why did the other foot locker put them on hold. And the girl said i don't know I'll see you later and hung up. When i got there it took forever to get the shoe. And it wasn't even crowded. As i was waiting a KID came up to ask to put shoes on hold and what happened? THEY PUT THE FRICKIN SHOES ON HOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WOULDNT HOLD MY SHOES! LOL! Literally the best footlocker location in LA. they welcomed me and my friend as soon as we walked in. One of the employees, Elijah, helped us out right away without us even asking for any help. We were completely amazed with the hands on help as many other footlocker locations lack in the customer service department. I placed an online order to deliver to this store and the UPS tracking states that it was delivered and signed by someone but when I called the store, they said they have no record of receiving it and the representatives were very rude. I would not recommend ordering shoes online from footlocker.com. I recently ordered a pair of shoes for my husband for his birthday; I opted to order them on-line vs going to a retail store 2/2 COVID (he is immunocompromised/high risk). I received the order and there was only ONE shoe. I immediately contacted the customer support line and after holding for over an hour, the customer service representative was very rude. After much negotiation she offered to have the other shoe shipped (and declined to expedite the shipping). I asked her to ensure the display shoes was not going to be shipped and she declined to contact the store (basically saying " you get what you get" or you can "drive to the store and pick it up." ) This is unreal. The whole reason for ordering the shoes online was to avoid potential exposure to covid 19. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Brian. He was unbelievably rude, and when I did not hear his name and asked him to repeat his name, he said, " I already told you my name!" I literally am completely taken aback by this whole experience. We have been long time customers with footlocker (years), I have never had an experience like this before. This is also my first yelp review, but I had to say something. Brian said he would send a shipping label so we can send the shoe back, but he will not refund until the shoe is received. I am a professional working woman, I have never been treated like this in my life. I also called the Lone Tree Footlocker, I spoke with the manager there (as this is where the other shoe is being shipped from). I wanted a pair of socks. There are about 15 employees walking around trying to help out but then when I got my socks and asked to check out they said there was only one person checking out. The line was about 10 people deep and would have taken easily 10 minutes. Come on foot locker management! Perhaps train your employees to jump on a register when you have a huge line and no other customers to help? I put the socks back and bought them for the same price on Amazon before I even left the mall. Company is not going to make it in retail if they make it difficult to purchase. read more

I will never shop at Foot Locker again. I ordered a pair of Men's Air Max size 10 online and received a size 8 in a completely different and totally UGLY shoe even though the packing slip with the PHOTO of the shoe I ordered was IN THE SHOE BOX. Seriously. How sloppy can you be? Then I called in to the toll free number and they said I could return the shoes to any Foot Locker store. I returned them to a Foot Locker store and the clerk said she would ship them to the warehouse and that my account would be credited in 3-5 business days. Two weeks later, I still had not been credited but the shoes were checked in to the warehouse and apparently just collecting dust on a shelf and no one had credited my account. I called again and was told by the phone agent to allow more "processing time". Like what the hell do they need to process at this point, they have the SHOES!!! Finally a month later after 4 calls and an hour on hold with their accounts department I was told that they credited my account a week ago, but there was a "problem with my bank". Then I was put back on hold because someone had to "talk to a supervisor". I finally called my bank and they disputed the transaction and credited me. They told me that because I still was using the same card, there should have been no problem on the part of the merchant to credit my account. So basically, they are a lazy sloppy business that thought they could keep my money AND the merchandise and maybe I just wouldn't catch it. HOW SHADY! I will never buy shoes in the store or online from Foot Locker or any business they are affiliated with AGAIN!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! read more
