I was super surprised because lets face it 3.75" heels aren't exactly "comfortable" but these Choo are very comfortable and they seem to almost mold to my feet the more I wear them.... So when I had the opportunity to check out their store here in the ATL with some friends I thought why not... I think sometimes people assume because a shop sells uber expensive products it means they are super snooty esp. to people who are just browsing...this wasn't our experience here at all...in fact it was quite the opposite. First of all the sales person was an absolute sweetheart. He greeted us with a big smile and if I didn't know any better he was actually excited to see us. He asked us if we have been here before and we said we have not...he then proceed to walk us through some of their newest and best sellers...from women's flats to men's loafers this sales person was a pro! He obviously was very knowledgeable about not only the company but their manufacturing techniques...very impressive. He kept asking us if we wanted to try any thing on or if we were interested in a pair that wasn't available he would be more than happy to find it online or in another store...what great service! They have a lot of their lower end designs here, which makes sense for an outlet store. In addition to shoes, they have a few racks of clothing as well. The clothing follows the same trend as shoes when it comes to price and selection. Service is always decent. They are friendly and helpful when needed. I'll start by saying that the gentleman I dealt with was friendly. I do not feel as if he heeded what I wanted for a suit & more so pushed his own agenda and recommendations, without me getting much of a word in. Quickly dismissing me and my needs and jumping straight to other stores I could shop at. After a distasteful look of me, up and down and verbatim saying "I know times are rough" and assuming I couldn't afford a suit, that alone was disgusting and a turn off from wanting to do business with this location ever again. Mind you, he never asked what my budget was (which is upwards $1000) cause it's for my own wedding. I'm more than willing to drop a bag for my big day, but again, questions weren't asked and assumptions were made. All I'm saying is, first impressions mean a lot and his was piss poor.
