We have a mini Christmas party for only a family member. My daughter has an outfit already but the only problem is no one's shoes in her shoe rack are perfect for her outfit. So I went directly to the Woodfield Mall and looked for a shoe shop. Luckily I found this place. The floor was clean. They have a good and nice selection. It's full of kids' shoes. Some staff assisted me. She's asking me what I'm looking for. At first I didn't say what I wanted but when I don't have a choice and I think she looks kind and nice I ask for help. I lend my phone to her so she can see the outfit my child will wear at the party. She excused herself to look for shoes. And after a couple of minutes she came with shoes in her hand. It looks pretty and perfect for the outfit. Well she has a taste huh. I give five stars for the good quality of shoes and also five stars for the good service. read more

Nope. Not again. I always buy my jays online but since I was in the mall and really wanted the son of mars low I decided to try FL out. The floor guy was very helpful and nice but the house of hoops guy who brought shoe had that "I am bothering him" attitude. He was condescending when I asked the name of some other shoes and couldn't keep his phone in his pocket. He rung me up and as soon as I signed the cc statement he answered that "text" from 60 seconds that was burning a hole in his pocket and said nothing to me! The original floor guy stepped in a said thank you & bye. The floor guy deserves 5 stars and is the only reason I gave my visit 2 stars. Back to buying shoes online. FYI. Went to this Footlocker and I won the raffle for unclaimed pairs of Space Jams. Took my name and size down and everything. While I'm waiting in line, they tell me that there was a mixup and my sz 10 wasn't available but they did have a 9.5 or 10.5. I took the latter. I get to the register and they tell me that they don't see my name or a 10.5 left. All I got was a "idk what happened to it. I'm sorry man." When I picked out the shoes I wanted, there were two employees having a conversation, they looked super annoyed when I interrupted. when I asked for the size the guy didn't even let me finish talking and just shouted "no" it was a subtle shout but he still cut me off and said it very annoyed. Instead of just telling me they don't have my size. I literally had to stand there and wait for him to tell me why.
