I have mixed feelings about this location. At times, the…read morestaff has been knowledgeable; at other times, they have made incorrect commentary on the shoes I was considering. I have purchased shoes/boots on several occasions in the past. On my last visit, however, I had planned to buy a pair of boots. I came into the store to decide which boot after seeing my choices in person. Just when I was about to make my decision, someone who seemed to be a manager came over and AGGRESSIVELY indicated that the boots I was considering were going to sell out, so I'd better snap them up if I wanted a chance at them. I ended up leaving without spending my money at that location. I bought the boots, but elsewhere. I might possibly return in hopes of encountering the "right" staff member if I was in the area. As I stated in earlier reviews at another location: When there is a sale, the prices are less, but no one who buys docs expects them to be cheap. Regardless, the value has never been location dependent. If you are looking see docs in person, try them on and buy them, you can accomplish that here. As this location is in NJ, no taxes makes the purchases less expensive.

I called and the woman confirmed they did have one pair and held them for me until we took the drive to the Woodbridge mall, it's quite a ride, but it was worth it. The shoes were $30 less than any of the other stores, zappos or the timberland website. I bought a pair of Roxy slip ons that were on sale-very cute. Successful trip and VERY helpful, friendly staff!

Was greeted by an associate with a smile. Can't ask for more. I did take a walk through the store. This store is easily 3x the size of my local store which never has anything I need in stock. I like this location and will probably drive that much further to come here instead.

Some staff members did not know where certain items were located. They are friendly and try to help but they need a little more product knowledge. The pricing: It is a bit pricey here and they do not have a wide selection of items here. Overall: This store is pricey with their items so you should be prepared for that. I probably won't come back to shop but my friend will definitely come back to see how their service is when he needs to purchase his suit.

I showed her the picture of my dress and she picked out nice bindis to wear. She also suggested I put on the dress and she would help me.
