I was looking for a wig salon to cut a wig that I had recently purchased. This wig was exactly the same wig that I am currently wearing (styled by someone else) while undergoing chemo treatments. I wanted the wig to be cut and styled the same way as my first wig so that I could switch on an off between the two. Cynthia was the stylist who cut and styled the wig exactly (I will add and much better than) as the original wig that I had asked her to replicate. Cynthia is a master at her craft and I could not be more pleased at the product of her professional cut and style of this wig. Cynthia is also a very friendly person and made me feel fantastic as I left the salon in my new wig. I will be back to see Cynthia regularly and would recommend her to anyone. read more

Due to Chemo I needed to purchase a wig, I came to Wigs Naturally to fill my need. First I must say the staff is exceptional in their expertise in helping you find a style that works for you, besides being great people. You can tell they like what they do and want you as a person to look your best. They measure and fit the wig to your head spec measurements, which assures a good and comfortable fit. They even adjusted the fit once I lost all my own hair and the wig became looser, this was done at no charge. I can honestly say no one knows I am wearing a wig other then the people that know I have lost my hair. It is so natural looking and comfortable that as a retired hairdresser I was just astounded what they could do. What an amazing experience. My mom was recently diagnosed with cancer and just started her cancer treatments. We walked in not knowing anything about wigs and were immediately made to feel comfortable and at home. The staff listened to what we were looking for and then made recommendations accordingly. They were patient, kind and made what could have been a sad situation as fun as it could be under the circumstances. :( Me and my boyfriend went in to look at the wigs to see if they where any good And was unfortunately unable to try any because we where told that "wigs aren't for boys". That just really ruined both our day and is not a place I wound suggest you support, witch is ironic cuz we went there to support the local business but maybe they are just nasty people and that's way no one was in there to begin with. read more

When I was first diagnosed with Breast Cancer I was told that I needed Chemo and that I would loose my hair after the second treatment. I wanted to look for a wig right away, and my cousin who also went through Chemo highly recommended Wigs Naturally. Needless to say I was not disappointed, I went there after my first treatment while I still had my hair and showed them what my hair looked like. I wanted a wig that was long, full, light brown with blonde highlights and a natural darker root look and that is exactly what I received. I was amazed at how much it looked like my hair. I'm about to start chemo treatments and Wigs Naturally was recommended by someone else who underwent treatments. Dottie put me right at ease. She found the perfect color for me, which, I've been told is similar to but better than my own color. I gave Dottie a picture of the style I wanted. Wigs Naturally was my third store to shop for a wig which I need because of chemotherapy. Carol was very nice and very helpful! They had a good selection of wigs and we narrowed it down to three and then chose the best match. I like the curl that one of the wigs had and Carol added some loose curls to the one I liked the best. She also trimmed the bangs. I was very happy with the final results. I highly recommend Wigs Naturally as they have a good selection and are super nice and do not rush you or put any sales pressure on you. As a 40 yo woman who was just diagnosed last week with cancer and will be starting chemo this week, I walked in to the store, clearly nervous of the unknown, to find a woman who seemed annoyed I was there. She never stopped cleaning the display piece near the front door to even look at me, despite me saying I'll be starting chemo on Tuesday, she continued to clean, never even looked in my direction while announcing there is a $30 consultation fee and how they only accept cash or check. Now, I don't expect to be coddled but to have such a blatant disregard for someone who is clearly going through something was probably the most offensive thing I've come across. I was not an elderly woman looking for her next Sunday wig, I was someone that is about to lose their hair in a few days and this woman was too busy windex'ing her counter to even look at me while she spoke.
