However, despite me saying ship them to my home address the person taking the order at the store pulled up an old PO Box I used to have at PakMail. For almost two weeks the package was lost inside the PakMail. The manager there is Michael and he signed for it so I know it was there but misplaced. I thought it could have been returned to sender also. So I called the New Balance store to tell them about the mixup. The store tried to make it right by ordering a second package of socks to be shipped from the Mall of GA store. It's going to be delivered to my house. Today I stopped by the PakMail to see if my package was found. It was at the bottom of a bin. I don't know why they couldn't find it last week. I just called the Alpharetta store to tell them the package was found and I wanted to pay for the second package. Mark answered and I tried to explain what happened and that I wanted to pay for the second package of socks. He must have been busy or in a bad mood or he didn't believe me. He curtly said enjoy the free socks. If it was a screw up on their part I shouldn't have to pay. It just doesn't feel right. I'm an honest person. Oh well, I go there at least once a year to buy shoes and socks.

You have so many to choose from, I was a bit overwhelmed, but Sharon helped me find the right shoe and even gave me style suggestions on when and what to wear. --Service/Staff-- I can't say enough about the staff for helping me out when the online order did not go through. I think if the employee did not help me. I would not have a pair of New Balance right now. --Products-- I'm so happy with my New Balance, there is a reason why they are trendy and stylish right now. --Capacity-- There were four people on staff, so they can help over 12 plus customers at a time. They let me know about a buy one get 1/2 off promotion and helped me pick two pairs of shoes, however one pair I wanted wasn't in stock and even though the other pair was available in store, I was told I had to order both pairs and have them shipped to my home in order to receive the discount. That meant I couldn't leave with the shoes that were actually in stock which was inconvenient. My total came to $123.03 for both pairs with free shipping. Later that evening I checked Clark's website and noticed that the same shoes I had just purchased were significantly lower online. When I called customer service the next day I was told to contact the store, but the store informed me that they did not price match due to company policy. Overall, I'm disappointed that Clark's does not have consistent pricing between their stores and online platform. While the in-store team was great. The pricing inconsistency and lack of flexibility left me feeling like I paid more than I should have.

To say that we were over the moon to find two perfect bikes that we had been searching for months. We purchased them both and made arrangements to pick them up in my husband's truck the following day. I can't begin to express my disappointment when we arrived less than 24 hours later to find that my husband's bike had been sold. While I completely understand that things happen, we called three hours prior to coming to confirm the hours...and when the store rep called the assistant manager, he found more joy in knowing that the bike had not been stolen. This is not customer service. This is not good business practice. Matt, the manager, was there when we purchased the bike, and the assistant manger was there to rejoice when it was not a net lose to the company instead of the customer. What kind of establishment is this?! I am so supremely disappointed! Your word has to mean something!!
