Our dogs, some fosters, and even a couple of strays that we brought in have always received great care.

We also met a third Vet (female) who works occasionally on surgery days. She was also wonderful. All three of the Veterinarians took the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions on care. I never felt rushed during the office visits. I felt that all three were very competent doctors and that my kitten received good care in their hands. Miscommunication occurred regarding pricing on the surgery, but the office manager made it right in the end. I would recommend getting any quotes on surgeries done in writing beforehand because this miscommunication was probably an honest mistake. In any case the fact that they held to their original quote and made things right really impressed us. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how we handle those mistakes that is the measure of our integrity. Kudos to Krysta the Office Manager! The Vet techs were all great also. Our favorite employee is Helen. I am not sure of her role, but she has checked us out a couple of times and is so down-to-earth yet professional and personable.

They were even able to cut her toenails with no problem! The doctor gave her a rabies vaccination and she never even flinched. I don't think she knew he did it! Definitely recommend!
