They had no back up plan and the music portion of the service, again the very most important request of my mom's, was completely discarded. They were extremely unhelpful in every way, and offered no remedies. They were rude to my sisters and myself when we were disappointed. Additionally, they cut my sister's family completely out of the funeral pamphlet. The place was also quite dirty and the photos on the screen were washed out and difficult to see. She got lost in transit. I was told by said business, that USPS is the only carrier that will accept remains. Not only did they not do as requested, they didn't bother to call once I informed them she was lost. We are in Texas. She lost her life in Colorado under suspicious circumstances. So, on top of all the grief of losing a 43 year old young woman in a violent manner, they couldn't even let us have a peaceful homecoming. She took over when the cemetery said no, going out to my wife's gravesite, cleaning it, and taking pictures all to help me order a replacement vase that the cemetery mowers had destroyed. Not only was she super helpful, but she was compassionate, even going so far as to buy flowers for the new vase when it came in. Amazing. They never bothered to call me about this. They said I could have the sample stone outside the building. No word from them. It's supposed to be ready soon. It's infuriating. Do NOT buy from here!!!
