They also misinformed my mother that his dress pants were not needed for his funeral in North Dakota, so they removed them from the garment bag. They were wrong as the pants were needed and now unavailable. 2) The improper handling of his remains. They improperly embalmed him and the bag in which he was transported back to West Fargo, ND was filled with fluid and he was in an advanced rotted state. They were extremely rude and offered no condolences, no attempt to rectify the situation when the investigation was started, and absolutely no apology was given.
