When the surgery center closest to me, Advanced Surgical Center of Beverly Hills (which is the absolute worst surgery center in Los Angeles - avoid at all cost!) screwed up big time with my insurance and caused my mental duress and a panic attack minutes before my surgery, Dr. Joseph stood up for me without hesitation and then cancelled all of his surgeries there for a month. He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. He is also not the kind of doctor who will suggest things so he can make extra money. We have been back multiple times and have never felt rushed during any appointments.
