    Sedona sunrise condominium's- Village of Oak Creek.

    Do not do business with Foothills Property Management Sedona Az. Sunrise Condominiums 120 E Cortez Dr especially unit 202. It is the worst experience. It's not like the pictures shown on the web. Don't expect comfort, everything is low quality grade & junky. Management takes your card payment upfront then ignores issues you have during your stay. The emergency after hours number hangs up on the call. They CHARGE your card AFTER CHECKOUT for unfounded accusations and damage to their cheap furnishings. They are unethical and it's part of the whole package. Just don't ruin your stay by dealing with them. There are plenty local places that will treat you better.

    For our April trip we rented through Foothills what was supposed to be a calm, peaceful, and private home in Sedona (~$500/night). Instead we found on-going, loud, highly disruptive contruction, right across the street that had started a month before we arrived and isn't scheduled for completion until the end of July. When we told Foothills this is the reply we received: "Thank you for the information. Sorry that you were not informed. Enjoy the rest of your stay. Daniel Nevarez" Totally unscrupulous and deceptive (and rude) company. Stay away.

    The worst property management company ever. We rented 350 Indian Cliffs Road in Sedona and the air conditioning went out that cools the main floor and master bedroom. It has been 98°-101° outside this week. After two phone calls and an unanswered email to them we gave up. They sent an AC repairman who could not do anything because the room was locked that he needed to get into. It is 87° in the upstairs of the house and it is unusable. There is a unit that cools the basement so we are relegated to the two basement bedrooms. I had to argue with Sam at Foothills to have garbage bags delivered to the house, we rented it for 9 days at a cost of $5,000 and he told me they only supply enough garbage bags for a long weekend. We are four adults and I told him it was crazy that we pay this amount of money and are expected to bring our own garbage bags and dish soap. There was no soap in the bathroom soap dispenser and no dish soap was provided. The house has a pool and there is one pool/lounge chair that is filthy dirty and stained. Do not rent a home managed by Foothills. They are dishonest, non-responsive, and do not maintain their properties.

    This property management company deserves zero stars. They (Brittany) was rude and unprofessional when the roach infestation and dirty shower was brought to her attention. She refused to understand why we were unable to sleep in one of the bedrooms due to roaches because they weren't "bedbugs ". She told our party of 6 that we were just not familiar with Arizona critters. The property management company offered compensation of $150 (not even the full cost of the cleaning charges) if we left a good review on Air Bnb. We refused. Be aware this company is not customer service oriented and seems to be unconcerned about the sanitation of the properties they manage. It was unfortunate our weekend getaway was ruined. We were unable to secure other lodging due to the size of our group and were forced to sleep on shifts with the lights on to ensure we could keep the roaches away.

On our first morning, we arrived at the restaurant around 10:45 a.m. and were told breakfast service was ending. Our only options were to wait for lunch or try room service, which wasn't guaranteed. This was especially frustrating given how far our room was from the dining area. We asked the front desk if we could place a room service order without returning to our room. Although the concierge tried to help, no one followed up for about 15 minutes. While our server was kind, the manager, Ryan, made no effort to resolve the situation or take accountability. Despite the dining area being nearly empty, we were told we could not be seated and had to take our breakfast to go. Hoping for better service the next day, we ordered room service again and were told the wait would be one hour. Our food arrived an hour and twenty minutes later. We were also told the Duck Pond pool was open 24 hours, but when we arrived it was dark, unattended, covered in dirty towels, and had no clean towels available, giving the impression it was closed. While the setting is stunning, the disorganization and lack of service significantly impacted our stay.

I was surprised how well kept and new the rooms and landscaping appeared. The staff went to the next level for us, with warm greetings and helpful information. It was a joy to be in the reception area with such happy kind-hearted people. My wife and daughter flew to Pheonix then joined me at the Resort. I drove from Northern California with all of our wedding cloths. I had the strategy of laying all of our "good" cloths in a large suitcase with a pillow to keep them to moving around and getting bunched up. My strategy nearly worked except that my wife's new dress got unacceptably wrinkled. Realizing the limits to my knowledge of such things, I asked at the front desk staff if anyone knew if I should attempt to iron the dress. Ms. De Loraine De Menge working there happened to be a dressmaker in her spare time and knew that ironing the dress was a very bad idea. She not only saved me from dress destruction but knew a technique to get the wrinkles out with a steaming device she had. She restored the beauty of my wife's dress, and my wife never knew how it had originally arrived at the resort. De Loraine was very happy to help and managed to do her job while helping me so much. De Loraine De Menge helped me immeasurably! We will defiantly stay there again when we are in the area.

The walls are a dark tan and you need multiple lights on to not feel closed in. 3. The refrigerator ran loudly. 4. The room got stuffy really fast. You needed to leave the air on to prevent the stagnant smell. 5. The walls are thin. We could hear the guy pooping above us. When they were in the kitchen, it seemed like they were in ours. 6. Check in was chaotic. Computer went down upon check in. Again when I checked out. Maybe they need to update their computers? 7. The internet is slow and kept buffering. 8. The hot tubs are heavily chlorinated to the point you still smell like chlorine after a shower. 9. I did appreciate a nice consistent hot shower.

The entire home was super clean, linens and towels were soft and plush, and the dishes, cookware, and other supplies were in great supply and good condition. Having the outdoor grill was fabulous as well. You can make a quick bite or craft a gourmet meal in the beautiful kitchen. The Bella Dona is literally a haven of peaceful rest after a day of exploring all of the beauty that Sedona and the rest of Arizona has to offer. Whether you want to relax in the hot tub or just shower off and enjoy spreading out in the living room or on the patio, you will feel the tensions of the day just melt away. They have a lovely chess/checkers/backgammon game board in the living room plus numerous board and card games under the bar if that's your thing. We had one minor mechanical issue while we were there and the staff fixed it while we were out (we granted permission for them to enter). We experienced nothing but fantastic customer service from booking through check-out. They were easy to reach when we had questions and very quick to respond. Each of the staff I encountered were incredibly polite and professional and helped us in every way they could. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at the Sedona Bella Dona!

In February we booked a vacation through AirBnB with Dove Wing Knoll; one of I Love Sedona's properties. 45 days out from our July 2022 reservation we told them that we had no choice but to postpone our trip due to our new home build's closing delay (we are now closing on our house the week we were supposed to be on vacation). They said they would "do us a favor" and allow us to reschedule the trip before August 2022, but there were only a handful of days available in the booking calendar between June and August 31st, and we have children that cannot miss school unless it is during a school break. It was an unrealistic offer and they knew it. We attempted to negotiate with them, asked for a credit for a future stay in lieu of a refund, but NOPE. They are completely unwilling. I asked to speak with someone in senior leadership about our situation and was told I was already speaking to "the highest ranking company representative that speaks with guests."...really? Seems a bit odd. I wonder if the owner, Jim Bizily realizes how pompous that sounds. We are paying them almost 5k and getting NOTHING in return. We tried resolution/mediation with AirBNB customer service, and have opened a claim with BBB. I realize at this point they have gotten away with 5k of our hard earned money, but I will be damned if I don't warn others so they do not make the same mistake we did in booking with this company. It is sad to see the bigger property management/vacation rental companies taking over AirBnB and VRBO and essentially stealing from customers by using their ridiculous policies to take advantage of the customers with good will. We just wanted to change our reservation dates. Damn....we got all this instead.

The condo was clean and well stocked, the views are breathtaking, and below is a fire pit, waterfall feature and a bocce ball court. We used it for sunrise yoga with our group. There's no pool, but it's still a great condo for the price and location. Tucked away precariously it seemed when driving up a snaking road, it's maintained well and very quiet. The red mountain vista views literally out your door are resplendent. About 15 minute drive to Airport Vortex and the Supta, 10 minute drive to the main area of Sedona, although we walked back and forth from there in about 30-40 minutes. Very nice, would definitely return.

Prior to our stay, I had a few questions and found it easy to connect with a live person that the Sedona.org rental agency, all of whom were immediately helpful and friendly. This was such a pleasure compared to the frustrations I have experienced in the past when attempting to speak with a representative at one of the "other" large agencies. The reason I am writing the review here is because this is the only place where my concerns can be stated because of the brief submission window. We recently stayed at this property in mid September 2025. Upon arrival, the property was clean. However I feel, the description of the property was overblown. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. There is only a coffee maker, a small microwave, and a beverage refrigerator. There is no sink other than the bathroom sink. Our stay lasted for approximately 4 days and the only amenity to our satisfaction was the location. The coffee maker never worked despite being replaced twice, so each day we arose to make coffee only to have to deal with broken machines. So all of our purchased water and creamer had to be tossed or was wasted. The bathroom, while showy, was weirdly outfitted, in my opinion, because the choice was between a rainshower head or a handheld one that could only be affixed at waste level. The bathroom door was a large piece of glass that never closed properly because there was no latch/clasp. The bed is next to the door when you enter the rental. One of the most annoying things, besides none of the three coffee machine working, was that because of the awkwardly hanging bathroom door, it was a nuisance to keep it closed so that you didn't run into it. I've never seen anything like it. It was very strange and inconvenient. A fancy outdoor patio that, if used, would probably require some take out for food or some kind of refrigerator that was accommodating for food to cook or store. It was great to look at, but not as useful. Our first time in AZ and Sedona, and, in our opinion, we would have faired better by staying at a hotel with a closing door, room service, and free coffee. We toughed it out, but was never comfortable. It seems like some effort went into this place. I gave it two stars because each morning when we discovered yet again a broken coffee machine, they came to replace it quickly even though it was with another broken machine.
