I would give 0 stars if I could. My masseuse was a skinny man with long ass nails. I got the 60 minute combo foot and back massage. He started my massaging my feet but it felt more like he was clawing them with his nails. The man did not know what he was doing and constantly had to get direction from the experienced man my mom had. He would scratch my toes and then rub them over and over again. And just kept rubbing my legs, literally just moving his hands up and down my legs and that's it. Then came the back. He pounced his fists into my back and it felt like all the air in my lungs had left my body. Then half way through, HE FARTED ! I wish I was joking or over exaggerating but I've gotten millions of massages before but this one was the WORST one ever. read more

This use to be a place I recommended to co-workers friends and even family, however I no longer like the massages or business here. I get it COVID-19 changed this service from what it use to be. Aside from price increase. They make u pay upfront and beg for tip when u are done. Even so as to follow you to ur car stare u down in the parking lot and demand u pay they their tip! As soon as I walked in I was uncomfortable. This place looks like it offers happy endings. We ended up staying because my friend highly recommended it. I have to admit the massage was actually pretty good, but I couldn't stop laughing because of how uncomfortable I was. I definitely could have done without him straddling me at the end of the massage. At the very least this place makes for a good story and it's only $20 bucks. I'm sure they don't give happy endings but it gives off a weird vibe. It's one big open room with several beds... I've passed by this place often and didn't know if it was a good place but I guess we shall see. This place seems to be clean. The front desk person doesn't really speak a lot of English. He kept pointing at the 2 signs. One that say $20 reflexology and another says $30 combo foot and body (1 hr and half). We decided to just do the $20 dollar one. I've been to several and normally I like to trek to Chinatown to my regular place for a foot massage but on this day, I didn't feel like making the drive. In need of some relaxation, I decided to check out this place because my significant other said it was good. Nothing spectacular about the interior - as you walk in you have a small divider separating the entrance from the rest of the room. I didn't like the fact that outside sunlight was shining through the windows. They could definitely invest in some better window covers that are more opaque and limit light streaming in. I'm used to other locations where it is nearly 95% pitch dark. The other issue I had was the music - it alternated between Vietnamese and Chinese songs - and although punk rock it wasn't, it was not very soothing. The seats were uncomfortably firm and worn. The only reason why I gave this place two stars was that the massage was actually good. The masseuse was not too firm on my back, and he helped relieve some of the tension I had. Would I come back? Probably not. I'll make the trek to the other side of town for future foot massages. read more

I go to reflexology on a regular basis. While on business trip in Houston I figured what the heck, it's only $20. This is only the second instance where I walked out of the session midway through. The whole experience involves the masseuse putting on rubber gloves and rubbing my feet instead of pressing. The technique was completely feeble and he was breathing on me heavily at the front end of the session when he was attempting shoulder massage. Did I mention the towels smelled? I had to remove it off of me fearing skin disease or something. Anyways, you get what you pay for. I'd stay the hell away from this place. read more

I understand that soon the shop will be able to do couples. This may already be taking place.. One of the best things is the prices besides taking walk-ins. But it is best to make an appointment and tell them if you have any special requirements because of an injury like me. Also, before making that appointment, check around. In most cases Footloose is extremely competitive! Besides that, the personnel have at least ten years of experience, but I would suggest putting a translation program on your phone (Google Translate is great and easy to use and free if you don't upgrade). This will help if you run into words that the personnel doesn't understand. I thought the foot massage was very therapeutic, and somehow took some back strain off of me. An hour is great, but if you don't have the time, try for 30 minutes. You can't go wrong. I'm going back! read more

The lady running the place was answering her phone in loud tone of voice she was receiving text and kept dinging while the guy doing the rub had no knowledge of reflexology whatsoever then he has top pause for that lady to come over and carry lengthy conversation in regular tone , meanwhile they still have whisper notification at the entrance. Great prices and a very calm environment. The light are low and calming as well as the music. Honestly they have really good prices and take their time. If you feel any hurt or explain that you might have an accident they will definitely take that in consideration during massage. The lady I spoke with was sweet and patient. Massage itself wasn't that great, too light.
