If you ever watched the Will Ferrel movie Talladega Nights, remember the Now you see me Now you dont I'm the Magic man scene . Dr Berry is the Magic Man. I went to Tillman for safety and regular prescription eye glasses. I was told the safety glasses…read morewould take longer to come in than the regular glasses. Well my safety glasses are in, but the regular glasses are not. They were suppose to come in on December 18th. I called on the 19th. Was told they haven't come in yet. I was told later that day that they have been shipped and would be in on Monday the 23rd. I called to see if they had come in because I took a vacation day to pick them up. I was told after being put on hold that they are delayed at the lab. So I was lied to about the glasses being shipped. Not impressed with the service at all. I have canceled my appointment for next year and will take my business somewhere else.
