Dr Goldman is a wonderful optometrist I had not seen her in a couple years and at that time she sent me to Florida Eyes due to cataracts. Dr Goldman didn't understand why they had not performed surgery and I told her they said it was a slow growing cataracts and surgery was not needed at that time. To which she replied " So we wait until it gets worse?" Needless to say I did not get new glasses but I am now scheduled for cataract surgery. read more

The side that orders glasses or at least the lab where they get them made are worthless. I've been waiting for weeks and weeks for a set of single strength sunglasses and the first time the prescription was way off. I couldn't see anything and the second time the right and left lenses had been flipped. How many things should go wrong with a simple pair of sunglasses? There is a female version of inspector Clouseau working there. Couldn't be more disorganized and give us mis-information. Also gave me a dirty look when I said I wanted to do my research on some frames that I was interested in. It had nothing to do with the cost of the frames. They were not inexpensive, and insurance was paying part of it. I was just unfamiliar with these frames. Also, the frames we had them measure and buy, do not fit my daughter and she has not worn them once! When the frames were ready, she couldn't find them. When we bought them the process was just over 2 hours and that was when we sat down in front of her to when we left. It was ridiculous! Picking them was about an hour since "Clouseau" could not find them. Well, we are done and will not be going back. read more

Dr. Golman is great but the other side of the business with ordering glasses is a nightmare. Ordered glasses over 10 business days ago and have not received any call regarding my glasses being ready. Ive called and left voicemails because the phone immediately goes to voicemail and nobody will answer. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Collier's at this office for sometime. Today both he and I saw the owner, Dr. Deborah Goldman, because of some scheduling conflicts with Dr. Collier. She was friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable as well very thorough, We were very happy with our experience. However, we did not order glasses so I cannot comment on that issue. I highly recommend Dr. Goldman. Her staff was friendly and helpful and the office was immaculate. The exam costs were way less than expected. My husband is in his late 80's and somewhat immobile so Dr. Goldman walked him to the car and helped him in - totally unexpected help. read more

No one returns calls, or calls you when your glasses are ready and they don't give you full information. Example: I called Wednesday, they told me the glasses weren't ready, I asked when they would be ready, they checked and say they were in process, I asked again at what stage, they checked and say they were being shipped. I told her I would call back in a couple of days, she say they would call me. Three days go by no one calls. I called this morning they tell me the glasses aren't ready I asked when they will be ready, she said this afternoon, I told her I thought my glasses were being shipped, she said they were in but I have to go when the optometrist is there this afternoon. This is really bad costumer service and very unprofessional. I just hope they haven't messed up my glasses. Don't trust them at all. read more

I must first say Dr.Collier is the BEST!!! She was very attentive to my eye care needs. My contact lens exam was a great experience from the beginning to the end, she was very thoroughly with my exam. Most of all, Dr.Collier was very friendly, nice and caring about my eye exam. read more

The appointment went okay, but when I went over to pay with my chip card Amex, the reader told me to pull my card out... so I did. I got an alert on my phone saying the charge went through, but For Eyes said it didn't go through. I then waited for over 15 minutes while they called the reader company to figure things out. They should know how to fix this, as they said it happened before. I shouldn't have to wait for them to figure out if my card was charged when clearly it said it was. With the numerous eye doctors nearby, definitely DO NOT visit this one and go to LensCrafters or another place instead. read more

Have been to this location a few times and will probably never go back again after my most recent experience. Exams are quick and easy to set up and the Dr. is friendly and professional. However, purchasing glasses (the whole reason I went in) has been a disaster. Was told glasses should be ready in about 10 days (which was my previous experience). However, when I called, that turned in to "14 business days." I purchased 2 pairs as that was sold as a good offer - pretty much everything is an up-sale. It's now been a full month and I'm still waiting on the second pair. Yesterday I called and was told that the computer said that they had been shipped, but not received yet. Today, I was told that they had not shipped, but were still at the lab. A week ago, I was told that they were putting an expedite request in. Today, it's "out of my hands." For the price I paid, I really expected much better service...but that doesn't seem to matter after they've made the sale. If you're in no rush, maybe this place is okay. However, I'll be coming up on 5 weeks and still haven't received the glasses I paid for. Very disappointed customer. read more

Great experience! Dr. Goldman is extremely warm and patient. The wait time was minimal, I was having an issue getting used to my new mid range contacts, and went back to try different options until I was comfortable. Went to them about a year ago when my readers broke and was very happy with the service although I thought their frames where high. Made an appointment for eye exams for my husband and my self. When making the appointment I asked what the exam would entail and told them I had a complex RX. I also asked about our eyes being dilated I was told they would not be. When we got the our appointment we learned that the exam was basic and the rest was A La Carte. We also had to sign a waver if we did not want our eyes dilated. I know what questions to ask. If I don't get honest answers, like I believe happened here, I will not stay. My husband and I both walked out and will not return. read more

I came here because I had an eye exam a year before and had a prescription on file. I wanted to use my HSA funds and insurance to get eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I was a walk in and was assisted immediately. The lady helping me was really knowledgeable as this was my first time getting glasses. She showed me around and helped me pick out what I needed. They had a special if you buy a pair of eyeglasses you get the sunglass frame half off. My insurance and HSA both worked and I got exactly what I wanted. Service was great. I got a call less than a week later that my glasses were ready. I walked in to pick them up, all I had to do was try them on. I will definitely be going back here. I've used For Eyes for years and have continued to use them because of their quality of customer service and range of products for even my very young child. The last few visits have been less than fruitful, the person answering the phone is rude and service has been less than optimal. I doubt I will use them again in the future. read more

I have been going to this location for over 4 years and love this place. Last week I stopped on my way to pick up my son from school. I was super rushed but Jessica was so sweet and courteous.
