Always willing to help. My husband got progressives for the first time ever and he loved them. The insurance covered this pair and we wanted to order him another. It was over $500 for us to pay for it. I told them we had a relative in the business and asked if she would give us the distance between the pupils and not only did she do that, she even marked the distance on the top to bottom for us to get them made from another place. Thats how you keep business coming back. We will always go here. I had an issue with my glasses and I brought them in and they are remaking them right now. Your sophisticated branding and marketing raised the bar for me, making me expect a premium experience. Today, I learned firsthand that it is all a total lie. For two weeks, I was bombarded with automated reminders threatening that a five-minute delay would forfeit my appointment. I respected your time and arrived 15 minutes before the doors opened for the first slot of the day. You, however, showed absolute contempt for mine and wasted my entire morning dealing with pure incompetence. When booking, I explicitly provided my insurance on the form offered once the appointment was set. Yet, your staff claimed they couldn't find my policy (even though they found my husband), who is a dependent on my plan. Instead of doing their jobs and making a quick call to verify, your staff stood there lazily watching the clock, then had the unmitigated gall to tell me my time had passed and I needed to reschedule. Your system failed, but my morning is ruined? The audacity is staggering. The second I got to my car, I called my insurance provider. They confirmed my full coverage in minutes. They were so appalled by your store's behavior that they called your corporate line themselves, because your specific location wouldn't even answer the phone. It took two weeks to get this appointment, and your staff completely blew it due to pure apathy. The lack of care is unbearable.
