I would give zero stars if I could. This place charged my daughter and her friends over $40 just for nails. When we called in a few days prior and asked prices they quoted me very differently but because the girls were there and have homecoming they agreed to the prices. We Also made an appointment and even called in an hour prior to make sure they had enough workers to handle the appointments(because I've been going there for years and they never have enough workers) I was told yes, yes come on in. My girls had to wait and were there from 3pm to after 6pm. Ridiculouss. My daughter showed a picture of a design they said they could do it. Well once she did it and sent me the picture very unhappy. Because it turned out awful. It looked as if a 3 year old did them. When asking them to redo them they refused but still wanted to charge full price and i said no i would not pay full price when we r leaving without any polish on there nails or design and would have to go else where to get the work finish. I was told they would call the cops I told them to go ahead because I'm not happy with the work and will not be forced to pay full price when work was not complete. Most nail place would gladly fix the crapy work. Not this lady. She got in my face yelling and trying to blame her crapy work on the fact my 15year old daughter wouldnt stop moving!! And yes of course at that point I was now beyond pissed and better believe I started yelling back. I will not be bullied or threatened buy the police when all I asked for was her to correct the work or charge me half. I was not asking for the work we left with to be free. What a joke. She gets nails all of the time. Of course they did not call the cops because they know they could not charge me for work they did not complete. It's very sad because my husband and whole family go there often and spend a lot of money and to be treated the way we were is awful the man in charge did not say one word because he knows they are barly hanging on in business and go thru workers often. But did try to offer water instead of an apology. To loose customers the way they did is ashame. We Will never go back there again. I will attach what her nails were supposed to look like and what we got and had them take off. And I would like to add we left and 6:15pm had to go directly to another nail salon to get the both girls nails redone. My daughters friend was given bubbles in her nails and an awful polish job. Excited!!!!! My first visit here with my nieces. Warm welcome.Getting prom and bday ready. Pedi and eyebrows. The facility very clean and they disinfect each station after each customer. There are partitions upon request. Everyone wearing a mask. Service is good. My only issue was with the manicurist whom attended to me did not disinfect my chair b4 i sat down. I had to ask her to wipe it off. Seem unsure of what she needed to do or how to do pedi. She did mention its been a long time and apologized. Over all , everyone else was on point I will return but will have someone else service me. The owner Christine awesome. I honestly have mixed feelings about this place...let me start off by saying, their personalities and the warm welcome they give every customer is awesome!! They also offer water or wine and snacks. And they do awesome pedicures!! Now this is why I gave only 3 stars....I got a full set with acrylic and the color I chose was matte white. The length and shape were perfect. When I left the color was okay but a few hours later the white isn't the same color I left with. I don't know how to describe it but it's like a tint of brown to it. I don't know why but this has happened only one other time in my life when getting white polish. And on top of that you can see the brush strokes on some of my nails. I ended up paying $87 for a gel pedicure, and 2 full sets. The gel pedicure was $30( normally $35 but it was my birthday); she also offered me a free design. My full set was $22 and my sisters full set was $35 for long coffin shape and matte. I was originally told $89 and was wondering why it was so high and they told me because of my sisters shape and length which we weren't informed about until the end. So they took $2 off Will I be back? Possibly; I just would appreciate prices for everything listed or tell customers up front how much things cost. read more

I've been coming to this salon since I was a little kid and the new owners and nail techs are great. Christine did a great job with my gel nails and fixed my hangnails as well. The male technician did an excellent job removing my previous gel polish. They take their time and don't rush at all. They also served tea and were very polite and accommodating. So I had a gift certificate for this place since Christmas , decided to give it a try and I asked for narrow black nails with gold speckles... they came out so blocky and square :( i hate them... I asked her to narrow them down just a bit , Christine got mad/annoyed and started being rough and endedup cutting my thumb with the nail file.. all to end up with blocky nails with blue and green speckles. :( I've been stuck with them for a few days; and have to leave them on for a few more days (until my next nail Appointment SOMEWHERE else) horrible customer service and not to mention they always only have one person there. I'll attach pictures, each nail is a different length and the polish was messy and left on my skin. I would not recommend this place. I ended up going to this place because I really needed a fill and a pedicure and the place I usually go to is closed for the next 3 weeks due to covid. Now the reason I give at least 3 stars is because I am satisfied with the outcome of my nails and pedicure but this place is OVER PRICED! They charged me 90 Dollars for a fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure with Callus remover. I felt really ripped off when I walked out of that place! I get these exact services everytime I go to my regular shop and I never pay more then 75 bucks!!! Will never go there again. read more

Came a few weeks ago for my bf to treat me after having a really hard few months (aside from covid). We called ahead and let them know for what services and that it was for two people. They told us to come in about an hour for both appointments. They took my bf right away and put me unattended in the corner for almost a full hour. I decided at that point not to even bother since they were going to close in 30 mins and I wanted a manicure/pedicure while they had another person come in waiting. The manicurists were doting on two ladies who called them by name, but regardless of that, there was no communication on part of the business. They could have told us what was going on or told us to come at different times. Instead they over promised and under delivered. What was even more frustrating was that they seemed upset that I decided to hold off after their complete lack of customer service. I didn't get the moment of relaxation I was looking for at all. I found this hidden gem open on a Sunday and just walked in to receive great service and an amazingly relaxing pedicure with a magnificent massage. I got a white tip fill and a pedicure (with a callus remover) $39.00!!!! - I was in an out of there in 45 minutes and was not rushed whatsoever .. They were very detailed cleaning all of my toes throughly and never burned my fingers during my fill one time !! *not rushed *through work *nails look great *$39.! For fill and pedi with callus..
