I came here because my regular place had no openings on my lunch. The service was okay the guy you could tell didn't know what he was doing. I went on my 1hr lunch and he was going so slow and doing a bad job not like going slow and my nails came out awesome. My nails lifted after only a couple days. The Polish chipped.. overall bad. I ended up going back to my regular place to have them fixed. He cut me several times as well. Which later led to a really bad infected in growns on my cruise vacation. Not good, period. Made an appointment and waited about 25 minutes then we get started and I asked for gel for my foot and nails and three days later my nails chipped so I called them and let them know and made another appointment to come in me I waited for 20 minutes I called back and told them jusy to call me when they have time. Do not get fake nails here! In preparation for a vacation for the weekend, I got a gel x manicure at this place on a Wed and they looked great. However, within 3 days, I had 3 separate nails pop off easily. The 1st one I was able to fix before my vacation because I have a kit at home (I normally do my own gel x nails), but 2 additional finger nails popped off while on vacation, so I couldn't fix it. My hands looked horrible, and I paid all that money so I could have pretty hands on this trip. I went back to the salon on Mon to show them my nails and request a refund, but they refused saying they don't do refunds. They lady was telling me that it is normal for nails to pop off, but I have never had a nail pop off before from professional salons. They did offer to fix my nails, but by this point the vacation was done (which was the point of getting my nails done) and I didn't trust that they would do a good job since they messed it up so badly the first time. read more

First of all this nail shop is under new ownership. The new owner has no business doing nails. She is sloppy and doesn't know what she is doing. The only reason I came here is because my regular nail place was so busy and they had no time for a walk in. I went in to this place on Saturday and had to go back on Wednesday because my gel manicure was already chipping and pealing. The owner did not know how to fix them and added about 6 layers of gel polish and just made them worst. I will never return here. read more

This was my first visit. Tina was my Nail Tech. I had gel polish removed and new put on my natural nails. Tina did a very nice job. No ripping them off, no drilling or filing them off. Took her time applying the gel and very pleased that it wasn't thick. It may not be the most fancy place and a bit hidden but the work ethic, cleanliness and sincerity are far superior. i had came in with my friend to get my nails done for homecoming the service was not worth it at all. we had arrived at 3:00 and did not leave until 6:30. mind you we had an appointment and the nails were poor quality, the paint had blotches in the base where the cuticle and the acrylic power meet and wanted to blame me for "moving too much" if that was the case, the nails would have smear marks/gouges not blotchiness. i ask for a 3D sunflower design when i first walked in and the lady said she will be able to complete the design. this was not the case, she did not execute like she said. when asked to either redo them or give us a discount the worker got all up in our faces and started to raise her voice. at this point paying was not the issue just i want to pay for proper work not crap. once the worker agreed to redo the nails, the second time around she did not put the white base coat on the nail to make the yellow pop until i notified her then she redid it again. i had asked her to try a regular non 3D design and she said no, she will no longer work on my nails after this. she finally did my nails somewhat proper after 3 hours! this place does a rewards system and my family already has one under my father's phone number but would not let me log in using his account since i am not the person on the account so after i had asked if my friend and i can start our own and he said no because we are 2 different people, so after the big mess i had to go to another nail place to get the design done. if you would like a GREAT NAIL place i recommend French Nails!! great service and such friendly workers. read more

I believe this place is under new management. The total times I've been here is probably 5 times with 2 times with the new management. I really liked Steve, he took his time and was very neat with my toes, love the color too. He didn't force anything like if I wanted a design or callous removal like at other places, and also did the callous removal anyway, which comes with the spa. The second time I came with new management I asked for French tips and color change, again the lady vi didn't force anything on me to get gel even though she offered. They are very nice and younger workers doing your nails. The only thing is I didn't know the prices for the nails but for a pedicure it was only $16 with spa and manicure color change was $8. So I think it's reasonable. They're new so no prices on the wall and nail colors they're in the process of the making a wall. They also have plenty of tvs for entertainment.. also, never had to wait to get nails done. Every time I go it's in the evening so I can't compare to morning time. Never waited unlike other places close by who are more expensive. This is my secret go to place when I'm in a rush, good service too! They gave me water the last two visits! read more
