I went here after the place I found last month had an hour wait. This was my first time here so I asked for the prices of a gel manicure, gel pedicure, and callus remover. Out of 3 places that I have been to for the last few months, this place was the most pricey and they charge for everything. A regular pedicure was $27 but if you want gel they charge a total of $15 more while most places charge $10 more. Gel remover is extra even if you're still getting gel, $2 more if you're using a card to pay unless you zelle them. It was $82 for the service (gel pedi $42, gel mani $35, callus remover $5) and I tipped them a total of $16. I had to split among 3 people instead of the usual 2 because the lady working on my manicure couldn't spend 10 more minutes to finish painting my nails. She wanted to get started on another client so she ended up getting less tip. Ultimately I did end up liking the color I got after trying on a handful of colors and I did receive a bottle of water while I was there. The workers here prioritize talking in Vietnamese the whole time versus socializing with their customers. Although I understood what they were saying, I didn't engage too much. Vietnamese-owned salons should realize that workers talking in their native language for an hour straight while 80% of their clients don't speak the same language isn't an ideal environment. The store is called organic but honestly I didn't see exactly what was organic about their products. They use exactly the same nail polish brands as any other shops. I am sorry but i'm mad at yelp for misleading me to trying this place out. I would like to start saying they were NICE and genuinely seem like good people BUT the people deserve to know and they do as well. 1. this place is not clean whatsoever...when I was looking at their color books I kid you not I had to wash my hands after cause I could feel the film of dust/dirt on my hands. The cherry on top was I had my hand in the LED lamp, pull it out and A NAT YES A BUG was in my nail polish... and he just pulled it out LOL after that I started looking around, NONE of their tools are sterilized/clean. Tbh their entire nail cart looked like it hadn't been clean let alone wiped down from all the dust/nail products in YEARS. The back pillows look like once upon a time maybe they were white? they are so dirty. There was no pampering in this place 2. While he was filing my nail with my palm in front of my face HE FLICKED A CHUNK IN MY EYE LOL at this point I just want to leave. 3. I decided to get a solid color, no design, nothing but even his technique from start to finish I honestly could have just done it myself. Him shaping my nails felt like he just started yesterday.. I had to keep telling him to get the polish on my entire nail.. even now the edges still are covered. He didn't even clean up my nail from where he got nail polish on my skin again, they seemed like nice people but I wish i never came here and they need to know to AT LEAST have some pride in cleanliness read more

I also asked the women working on my toes for French tip designed and she enstated that it only works for gel on toes not regular paint I think she just wanted to up her sale , It's unfortunate She was getting frustrated so I told her if you don't feel comfortable doing my French then just do milky white She said okay I didn't get what I asked for and unfortunately he charged me for two designed and gel x refill 50 dollars I also didn't get what I asked for on my nails The nail guy said bc my nails are Too short. The nail tech was nice but had a bit of a "tough love" vibe--like a tiger mom: "I know it hurts, but it needs to be done." The place is clean and other than the chatty nail tech ( making convo thru out my full set service) it was relaxing. I didn't really feel like HE ( nail tech) was listening to what I was asking for. I simply wanted white tips. He went ahead and suggested I get a French. Fine I'm OK with that, but he started to do this neutral color powder( on top of the acrylics )that I didn't ask for and by time he was done with it (pedicure is fully done 20 mins ago by this point ) it was time for me to go because I had things to do so. I ventured to Organic Nail & Spa today which is outside of where I would usually go and I'm so glad I did! Amy did an amazing job with my 'glazed donut' nails. They're more on the pearly white but I love them so much! I opted for Gel-X and the length she gave me were perfect and exactly what I wanted. Holly did my pedicure and she also did a great job -- she really took her time which I really appreciated. My mom also got a regular manicure with sparkly polish and she liked it too. Overall, the salon is very comfortable, clean and well-kept. The ladies there are all friendly and the guy at reception who booked my appointment manages the salon very well. With inflation right now, getting my nails done is a luxury so I only plan on getting them done on special occasions and doing them myself otherwise. But today was a treat. I went to this salon a couple of days ago and wasn't sure about how I feel about their costumer service? I'm not mad but disappointed, I've been there before and my experiences were ok must of the time, but this last one I think was my last chance to them. They ask you if it's ok the shape or design of your nails, but once you said oh can you pls get them shorter, or fix this nail they start changing their mood, they got mad and start talking in their language which makes you feel kind of uncomfortable, then I requested the deluxe pedicure which has already callus scrub included and after I got home I checked my receive and they charge 5 dls more for that, I assumed was my mistake not to look my receipt right away so I didn't call or anything even though I tip both of the people that help me. But come on as the comments here are saying they kind of make you feel pressured to give a good tip, so let's be even!!! give me a good service and I tip you good, I don't mind, but you start giving costumers attitude once they ask nicely for some fixings which you ask on first place and I just answer you, because I supposed to leave the place satisfied, I am not giving them more chances, for extra charge me out of nowhere or give me a poor service. I have my doubts coming to this place. Not the cleanest spot, as mentioned in some of the reviews here. The table tops were covered with nail dusts. I'm very surprised that 3 weeks later, I'm still doing fine, nail design remained and not chipped, no infection whatsoever, nails are growing nice and strong. When it comes to design, I had just showed a picture and the lady was able to mirror it, mixing the right colors to match my nail bed's nude color. She also fixed the shape to my go-to squoval shape. She was super detailed, trimming off even the small edges I didn't notice. If my purpose was to get nice manicure with designs, this would be a good spot. Pampering and all? This place was my go to for a few years but the last couple of times I've been thoroughly disappointed. Both times I've went for a gel pedicure and have had my cuticle skin cut on multiple toes ! Today my toe feels infected and is throbbing. Also, the lady who did my toes was so lazy she used the machine filer to file off the skin off my cuticles instead of a cuticle cutter!!! That's why I have so many cuts ! I have never had someone do that ! She also forgot to put a top coat on one foot I had to come back later ( I didn't notice initially because the oils and lotion they use to massage your feet.) but I wasn't even upset about that more just the overall experience. Her name was Hannah she said so I would avoid her. I don't think I'll be back ever after this. :( read more

At first I thought it was because of the color that I selected, but I changed my color from yellow to a darker/bolder color.... they had ample opportunity to correct it, but the quality just kept diminishing, so after the last "fix" I finally just helped myself out of the pedicure chair, put on my own sandals, proceeded to pay, and left.
