Spent $160, not including the tip i left, on my nails less than 24 hours ago and 3 of my gel builder nails have just fallen off. I'm not able to go back to fix them because I'm leaving on vacation for spring break today. I called and I explained the situation and asked for a refund because I'm going to have to go get my nails redone. I'm pretty sure if 3 have fallen off in 1 day, the rest are bound to come off too. It's pretty frustrating because i spent nearly 2 hours at the salon, tipped my technician $20 because i actually felt bad for her, and it was just a waste of time. Sarah said they are not able to refund me but can fix my nails. If you want to fly out to Orlando to do so, please be my guest. This is simply ridiculous. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, this place is great. In terms of normal manipedi, this place gotta work on their paint jobs and shaping. They have different packages for their mani/pedi, depending on what level of pamper you want. I splurged for the best just because my runners' feet need more love than ever. The package includes a scrub, 15 min massage, and paraffin mask. Totally worth it for pedicure, not so much on manicure. I don't wreck my hands as much as my feet. They've gotten rid of my stubborn calluses, bless their souls. And the good part ends about there. Making my nails look good seemed to be a bit more difficult. I had asked for squoval shaped, the lady trimmed and filed so much, it was so round and short, my nails just looked childlike. The regular paint job wasn't done well. Edges were not painted well, bubbles were forming. Within 2 days, they started chipping like mad. Argue all you want, I paint my nails better than they have, at least mine would last 5 days or more. Is it because everyone goes for dip or gel now, so nail techs can't paint with regular polish well now. TL;DR, great spot if you're looking to get pampered, skip this if you want nice looking nails. read more

Went in for a fill and design. 2 days later 1 nail started peeling. I went in and they fixed it. Next day, it peels again. I ask them to just change the color because the design is obviously not working. 3 days later and I have 3 chipped nails and 1 broken. I can finally say I found a nail salon that I will consistently visit. It's clean, all the technicians were nice, they wore mask which I appreciate, and liners in the pedicure tubs to prevent any cross contamination. My nails come out perfect every time! Sarah is very meticulous about making sure your nails look stunning. They recently moved to a much nicer and bigger salon which also provides more protection and social distancing for customers. All the equipment is brand new including the comfy massage chairs. The salon is by appointment only which I appreciate because it minimizes the wait times. I also like that if they are running behind they will send you a text so you're not unexpectedly waiting past your appt. It doesn't happen often but when it does I appreciate the notice. There is a $30 deposit when booking your appointment. This is a new policy they had to implement because of last minute cancellations or no shows. Although Sarah the owner is very understanding please consider that cancelling appointments last minute or not showing up costs money and the appointment could have gone to another customer. I know a lot of salons have been implementing a similar policy which I see become the norm for personal services. Anyhow I am love it here despite the small increase in the prices because the attention to detail and quality is unbeatable. My nails last so much longer and look amazing every time. read more

I called and made my appointment the day before. When I got there they said I didn't have an appointment but they would start working on my full set. For the first ten minutes she kept saying if I called the right place and if I came to the right place. Then, they found my appointment for the following day. Not the day I went. My appointment was for a full set and a pedicure. They also said I wasn't scheduled for a pedicure. Continuing, I asked for almond shape and not too thick. They did just the opposite. When I asked for her to reduce thickness and length, she began to become upset. Then, I had asked for a design in rhinestone and she said the design is $5 and the rhinestone is an extra $10. I'm not an expert in math, but the charges $20 instead of $15! She kept trying to talk me out of getting the rhinestones. She didn't do my stripes as palindrome. But my pedicure was fine! It's quiet, with serene music playing, so you can actually relax here. The place is kept very clean and organized. It's very comfortable. You explain how you want your nails to look like and they do exactly what you ask for. My gel manicures easily last 3-4 weeks because of the precise way they apply the nail polish. They keep their books organized. Since it's by appt, it's important to keep scheduling organized. If my appt is at 11, they'll seat me at that exact time.
