You get what you pay for... Their prices are great, but that's where the greatness ends. Unprofessional is an understatement. One girl had her bare feet propped up on a manicure station while screaming on the phone the entire time I was there. It's also quite untidy and a little dirty. The manicure is mediocre, which is okay considering what I paid. But my nails are not the shape I requested and look rather stubby and square. Likely won't be back unless it's in a pinch. read more

I usually only come get for my feet and I should have followed my gut. I asked for curved nails and when he cut them the shape looked correct when he started to shape the nails he had basically cut the curve off. then when he used the drill he burned my cuticles. I kept showing him a side by side to show him that every nail looked different. when I asked another technician for her opinion all she said was they look nice ignoring that it was clear as day some were rounded and most were flat. I asked for a manager and hey said they don't have one. O asked another customer and she too said yes they look different. Before leaving I saw my toes and the big toes didn't match I asked the technician to fix the shape then asked if I was happy. The man was not friend did not speak to me the whole time but made deep breaths when I asked him multiple times to look at my nails . I'm in pain and sad this was the final product and more upset they did not try to resolve the issue. You get what you pay for ! I did not cause a scene I thanked both technicians paid and left. So I decided to give this place two chances, by the same person. First time, I got a pedicure and manicure and like the other comments stated, it felt rushed. Notices two of my long nails were lumpy. But, the price was cheap for it all and you couldn't notice. The second time made me realize that this place needs to go out of business. I honestly had to talk her through how to do my nails. To buff it after soaking them. How to clean around the cuticles ( she kept asking me to get a pedicure, after I told her NO like 4 times.) I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, and she couldn't do it. So I asked, do she have any pictures in phone or a portfolio (to see what she can do) and she didn't. But, at the end took a picture of my hands . After telling her to fix/reshape crooked nail after crooked nail. Paid and left and couldn't do it anymore after two hours just on my hands. Was trying to look for salons open during black Friday and I happened to pass by this one. I was kind of unsure whether I should go or not because the area looks kind of sketchy. I ended up going anyway because I have called several other salons and they all seemed to be close so I had no other choice. Would have to agree with one of the people who reviewed this place: don't judge the book by its cover! The place although was small was clean and well-kept. The staff were very welcoming and they immediately proceeded with my eyebrow waxing. The waxing lasted for about 5 minutes or so. They did a very good job with my eyebrows and I would definitely be a regular customer. She charged me $6 and gave her extra for tip. I have yet to try their mani and pedi services. Looking forward to my next trip here! Update: 05/01/16 Had my nails done yesterday and I am more than satisfied!!!! Always great service and they literally fixed these manicurist's/pedicurist's nightmare nails of mine to those amazing looking nails posted on instagram! Lol. I love it! read more

I should have known better. Not clean. Treatment is bad. I came here on my lunch break and no one was in the front. They were in the back eating. I asked for dip, she said no. I said okay just let me do a pedicure. She did a horrible job. She did not cut my cuticles back and on top of that she put the dead skin back in the water where my feet were in. At this point I'm frustrated with the lack of service and how I was being treated. She put my shoes on before painting my toes. I came in for a pedi, but realized that I could upgrade the $25 pedi that comes with a glass of wine. My nail tech was very diligent with my feet. The massage was longer that I expected but it was amazing. She exfoliated my feet and legs and dipped them in hot wax. I live about 45 minutes away from this place and I would drive back to receive their services again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

The manager did my nail he was overly aggressive when doing my nails, I got up to wash my hands and wasn't to pleased with the outcome of my nails and let's just say I wanted them to be perfect for my wedding on Sunday. I got my nails done on a Friday and while I was there the owner did my nails and while he was doing them I noticed he was very aggressive with the machine like he had it going to fast and I was kinda worried it was gunna get to my skin and cut me but luckily it didn't so I payed my 35$ and left but on Sunday night my nails started to feel A little loose And one of my nails fell off so I went back on Monday and told him. he said He would fix it so I set down and again he was really aggressive and fast with the machine and while he was working on my right hand the machine slipped because he was going so fast and it cut me and I started to bleed a little bit but he didn't pay much attention to it he just said sorry and kept going while my finger was burning and bleeding but I brushed it off and I said in my head mistakes happen so... he finished my right hand and proceeded to do my left hand but he was still going to fast and I was kind of scared at that moment and then again the machine slipped and it cut me and all he said was I'm sorry and kept going the same way. then he did it for a third time but luckily this time it didnt cut me but at that point I was done with this place.
